Hey everybody. Here's the deal--I've been in the talent show for every year of high school, each time doing a cover of a famous song in a different fashion. Well, this is the last year I'll be doing it, and i need ideas. Preferably 80's pop/rock.
Past songs include:
-"Intergalactic" by Beastie Boys.
-"Starman" as played by Seu Jorge.
-"Sweet Dreams" by Eurythmics.
C'mon, post the good, the bad, and the strange song's you've always wanted to see covered.
Also, what good covers are out there? We all know our resident badass, DoomMullet does a 'heckuva' job with his covers, but are there any other artists out there on the WWW we don't know about? Link/Discuss them here.
And on that note, do you even like them? Are they music to you, or do you think they're pointless? Post your thoughts, I'd like to know what you think.

-Pretty famous. 'Hey Ya' by Outkast. I prefer it to the original, but that's my opinion.

-Not so much a traditional song, this guy does the best Big Blue i've heard, ever. He has some improvisational solos in there that make me giddy like a schoolgirl.
