Would a pre evo stone nast plot golbat be worth it
He could come in on something set up and so decent
Sure he's not really outspeeding anything
But at least he can't be toxiced by chansey and that can't really wall him too effectively
the problem would be those seismic tosses
idk its plausable I think
 
Golbat has 65 base Special Attack. Against Evolution Stone Chansey, Golbat's +6 Sludge Bomb, its most powerful attack, does 32.7% - 38.5%. The more common Air Slash does a worthless 27.3% - 32.2%. This is assuming 252+ on Golbat and 4/252 Neutral Chansey. This is not a lot of damage.

Even assuming max HP (unlikely), Golbat only has 354 HP, meaning that Seismic Toss will 4HKO and Golbat will be stalled out of Roost PP before Chansey Seismic Tosses it to death. Golbat also sacrifices a lot of power by running Roost/Nasty Plot/Air Slash/Heat Wave (probably its best 2 moves for coverage).

Also, Golbat has a rather difficult time setting up, to say the least; there are so many Thunderus, Excadrill and Latios, making Golbat little more than death fodder for the enemy team.

Golbat should never be used to sweep.
 
It's not really plausible for most of the reasons the above poster stated, and the fact that it'd be a stalemate against Chansey anyway, unless it's a 1-on-1 where you've to pray that Sludge Bomb poisons.

Not really worth it imo.
 
I Actually used to really like running a toxic-trap set in UU, and it'd be real good in RU now.

Mean look on something that isnt immune to toxic or cant hit you with a strong SE special attack. Use Toxic and superfang to wear the opponent down. You could also use have if you're worried about stat uppers, or Brave Bird if you're worried about GUTs heracross (Dont have to worry in RU though).

Looking at the unofficial august states, Golbat can stall out 7 of the top ten pokemon, and 8 of the top RU pokemon depending on the set.
