This is one of my takes on hyper offense for Black and White 1, and spotlights CM Arceus-Ground and SubSD Terrakion.

Kyogre @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 52 HP / 252 SAtk / 204 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Surf
- Water Spout
- Thunder
- Ice Beam
Standard Choice Scarf Kyogre, I need it to handle Mewtwo, and set up favourable matchups for Terrakion and my other set up sweepers. For example, I can easily double switch from Kyogre to Terrakion if I see they have a Ferrothorn. Choice Scarf Kyogre is also one of the most powerful revenge-killers in the tier, and helps me control the weather. One of the most used Pokemon for a reason.

Dialga @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 224 HP / 96 SAtk / 172 SDef / 16 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Draco Meteor
- Fire Blast
- Thunder
- Stealth Rock
Not really winning any awards with creativity now, but Dialga is needed for a one-two time defensive pivot and to set up Stealth Rock. Thunder is for Lead Kyogre with balls too big for their own good. Dialga provides a whole palette of resistances that allow it to switch easily into a multitude of support Pokemon, and certain offensive ones. Three attacks is chosen over having Roar because I place a larger priority on hitting Kyogre super effectively and spreading paralysis. Thunder is also a nice attack to throw out early in the game to see your opponents response. Draco Meteor was chosen over Dragon Pulse because its damage over 2 turns is greater, and its added power lends to the offensive nature of this team. Stealth Rock is the all-important hazard, I don't think I've ever built a team without it.

Terrakion @ Life Orb
Trait: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Substitute
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
Probably my favourite Ubers Terrakion set. Substitutes can easily be set up against Dialga, Ferrothorn, Chansey, Blissey, etc. The choice to boost is there, but not always necessary - often, attacking from behind the Substitute to weaken your checks then switching out is a better idea. Terrakion also has the important job of checking Extreme Killer Arceus, however, Jolly versions outspeed and KO - that's what I have Kabutops for. Having two soft-checks to a threat ensures that it doesn't go rampant too often.

Arceus-Ground (Arceus-Ground) @ Earth Plate
Trait: Multitype
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Judgment
- Ice Beam
- Recover
- Calm Mind
A really underrated set, Ground STAB augmented by an Ice move is stroooooooooooooong. This is also my 'mixed' wall, and checks Dialga and Rayquaza excellently. Max bulk and speed because the nature of hyper offense means I really don't want to fuck around with speed creeping and get outsped by other Arceus. Everyone knows how important it is to have an Arceus forme on your team, and often time it will be the bulkiest Pokemon on teams with an offensive nature. Ground-type Judgments hit a lot of Pokemon for neutral or super-effective damage, not to mention that Pokemon that commonly absorb them are either physically based or weak to Ice Beam. Ferrothorn isn't even that big of a deal as at +1 it is 2HKOed. The SD set has also been suggested, however, I already have two other Physical sweepers and the CM set switches better into things like Specs Dialga using Dragon Pulse and the like.

Ferrothorn (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 232 HP / 32 Def / 244 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Power Whip
- Spikes
- Leech Seed
- Toxic
Again, no awards for creativity, however, Ferrothorn is a necessity as my only Steel resistant to Dragon attacks. I use Toxic to get more assured damage on CM Arceus and the rest is standard. Power Whip is chosen as the main attack, having only Gyro Ball sucks against Kyogre, Groudon, and other things. Skymin is a bit of a bitch, but I can normally nail it with Toxic on the switch. Having Spikes without a spinblocker may seem pointless, but if you're using Ferrothorn you should be using Spikes, not to mention the offensive nature of the team makes it hard to spin against. Non Gyro Ball Forretress will pay dearly when Terrakion gets a free substitute on it.

Kabutops (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Rapid Spin
- Waterfall
- Stone Edge
- Low Kick
Kabutops is an excellent cleaner and spinner, but know that spinning risks Kabutops dying almost all the time, as almost everything in Ubers is capable of hurting it. I use a Jolly nature so Choice Scarf Terrakion can't come in and ruin my day. And seeing as I have no Fighting resist, this is kind of a big deal. An Adamant nature with Aqua Jet could be used, but I really need the spinning abilities of Kabutops. The switches against Kabutops are also very predictable and can be used to get up more hazards with Ferrothorn or give a free switch for Dialga.
It's still hyper-offense with Ferrothorn, as I really don't focus that much on trying to absorb hits, rather trying to suicidally set up hazards then sweep at whatever the cost. Playing with the team is pretty simple, Terrakion often leads against Dialga. Scarf Kyogre can lead against Deoxys-S, Water Spout, then switch out to Kabutops to kill it with Rapid Spin. However, I will not argue that Deoxys-S teams are somewhat hard to handle since Kabutops can't break through Ghost-Arceus and Giratina-O instantly, not to mention Giratina-A is pretty much a hard counter.
Maintaining offensive momentum through double switching and abusing the offensive presence and predictable responses to each Pokemon is essential.
