The GSC council is promoting Jynx and Golem to OU, as they have become unquestionable metagame staples over the past few years, as seen in their tournament performances and subsequent usage spikes + viability ranking leaps.
Conversely, Porygon2 and Jolteon do not have the usage nor the widespread viability to be considered OU any longer, and thus go to BL.
Marty please implement these changes, thank you
If you would like to suggest an OU Pokemon for BL or vice versa and have reasoning to back it up, you may post here.
