1. Is there a way to softresett the Nature of Zygarde in SM with a Synchronize Pokemon?

2. I haven't tried softresetting Ash-Greninja. Is there something specific I should know about it like fixed IVs?

These are SM questions, but...

Zygarde should be a 100% Synch whether you assemble one with Power Construct or Aura Break. Just have your Synch in the lead.

Ash-Greninja's IV's are set to 20/31/20/31/20/31 IIRC, so you need only focus on soft resetting for the desired nature. It's set to Hardy in the demo, but the nature can be soft reset when picked up in the full game.
