Yes, you can buy the others later on, but you cannot buy Charizardite X in Y or vice versa.
How early can you find an Aerodactyl? What about its Mega Stone?
Is there team preview in wifi battles?

You find them on Route 10, the encounter rate is probably around 5%, needed 15 encounters to get one.
Still early in the game. Not sure about its Mega Stone though. For both you need to Rock Smash.

When you battle Prof. Sycamore and he uses the three Kanto starters, do those Pokemon give any indication of what you'll receive afterwards? I want a female Charmander, and so far have only ever gotten male ones afterwards. The professor only ever sends out male Pokemon too.
