Have you ever broken/fractured any bones?

One time I literally tripped over nothing. I fell really dramatically into the wall and then to the ground and I put my hand out to stop myself and fractured my scaphoid (bone in the wrist). The scaphoid in my other hand got fractured like a year later but not in such an 'Australia's Funniest Home Videos' fashion. =/ I've never been afraid of needles since then because I had to have some nuclear tracer or whatever injected into my wrist to locate the fracture (since the x-ray didn't show it but I was obviously in a lot of pain and not able to move my hand properly) and the dude fucked it up and I was in such pain for 30s that I considered it can never be that bad again lol.

lol jumpluff health stories are the best
Ah, I have another one for you! I hurt my hand (not the same hand though) again today and thought of this thread, then I remembered I forgot what happened last year.

Basically I always used to rock on this one really old chair, which was a fkn bad idea. One night it kind of collapsed (like the leg is broken, idk how to explain what happened) and I crashed off it and landed funny on my back. I was playing LoL or something at the time so iirc I was like 'I'm fine' and brushed it off but a week or so later I started noticing I was in super duper pain when sitting so I had to go up to the hospital 'cause it was on the weekend and late. Then they made me sit in the ER to wait, which was the problem in the first place, and I was like 'uhh hell no I'm not staying here' because I was up there for ages so I went home. In the end after like weeks of not getting medical attention for this (because I am mega hospital-averse now and resist going unless I'm desperate) I just went to my doctor and apparently I fractured my tailbone and it didn't heal for months. A year later it still hurts to sit for hours because my parents didn't buy me a new chair and the chair I'm using now is really hard... I can't be bothered rephrasing any of that

I played leapfrog and I leaped this girl. She got pissy because she was skinny and I wasn't. She pushed me over. I put my arm out to reduce the fall and broke my clavicle/collar bone on my right side. When I was 9 I was at a rollerdisco (yah, I was lame) and this girl was racing me round. Then I was winning so she pushed me over. Similar story; fell, arm out, broken wrist. While my left wrist was in cast. I was confined to the classroom during playtime/recess until the horrible dinner lady told me that was bullshit. Sent me outside. Decided to play sonic with my friend. Great fun until he sliding tackled me of the mound of grass onto the concrete. Right arm out, break both radius and ulna. Had to have left wrist cast removed prematurely so they could administer the anaesthetic. That was me for a while until year 11, crazy kid took a dislike to something I'd said and chased me, trying to kick me with his steel toe cap boots. I put my hand out to block him and it broke my finger.

Most recently, 2 guys attacked me when I was walking home a little drunk [wasted], and when he punched me in the head, I fell and snapped my ankle. Lots of fun

My cartilages in both knees have suffered, one from a football/soccer injury and the other through ramming my knee into an assailants car (nature's drugs kicked in an I felt like superman). Other than that, my ring finger broke and nothing else.
