Following renewed discussion on this topic and knowing that the abilities Sand Veil and Snow Cloak fall under evasion clause and are banned in every other generation except for SM and similar bans on "hax" items like King's Rock and Quick Claw have happened in other tiers, a survey of the qualified ORAS playerbase was conducted to determine whether these elements should be deemed uncompetitive and banned in ORAS OU.
These are the requirements and results of the survey:
Given the overwhelming support for a ban on all 3 of the surveyed elements, all 3 will be Quick Banned from ORAS OU.
