Rejected - Inactive Heavy Slam ane Heat Crash

For some reason, Heavy Slam is always listed under "moves" while Heat Crash is always listed under "usually useless moves" even though they use the exact same damage formula and Fire is arguably a better offensive type than Steel (especially for coverage were Flare Blitz is rare, but I'm getting off track). Additionally, unlike Gyro Ball, neither weight move takes into account the user's weight, as Heavy Slam is listed as a useful move on the 2.2 pound Flapple.

There are some other oddities with move usefulness (like Life Dew being useful and Belly Drum not) but I'm going to save those for one big suggestion (with a spreadsheet), so in the mean time, either have Heavy Slam and Heat Crash be useful or not based on weight, or at least have them both be the same level of usefulness.

Belly Drum is currently set to be useful only if the pokemon can have Extreme Speed, Aqua Jet, or Unburden. Are there other situations where Belly Drum is useful?

Heavy Slam and Heat Crash should probably be considered useful based on weight, but I don't know what the cutoff is. It looks like they're very rarely actually useful in practice, though, since they require a huge weight difference to have any decent amount of base power. Are they mentioned on any Smogon analyses? That might be a good place to start.

The lightest pokemon I can find with Heat Crash or Heavy Slam mentioned on their Smogon analyses are Tyranitar (202) among fully-evolved, and Carkol (78) among NFEs. I'm tentatively setting the cutoffs at 200 and 75 for those categories.

Sub Salac and Gluttony Super Sitrus (or I guess any other priority move?)

Snorlax, Copperajah, Golurk, and Stonjourner all use Heat Crash, while Bronzong, Copperajah, Dhelmise, Gigalith, Machamp, Mudsdale, Snorlax, Steelix, Aggron, Celesteela, Guzzlord, never mind

Machamp is only 130 kg (and Bronzong 187). I guess I should decrease the cutoff to 130 for fully-evolved mons.

What's Machamp's use for it, anyway? What could it possibly hit with it?

Also what's Gluttony Super Sitrus?
