Your team can't really hold up well vrs other bulky waters, notable ones being Milotic and Tentacruel; Tentacruel especially, who resists both of Lucario's STABs, takes only neutral damage from Grass-Knot, out runs Azumarrill and can utilize HP Electric.

Swampert is a good solution, it can set up SR for some indirect damage and take Neutral-damage from Tentacruel's attacks and EQ it if it actually tries to stay in.

Swampert @ Leftovers/Damp Rock
Relaxed
Evs: 240 HP / 216 Def / 52 SpA
Stealth Rock
Avalanche
Surf
Earthquake

Edit: But for tentacrul couldn't i throw in Bronzong and use an EQ ?

Tell me what your team does at the hands of Celebi? Yeah, big trouble.

Perhaps, Heracross>Luke, not only does it kill Celebi, but it also can switch into SpecsLuke Aura Sphere, whom nothing else in your team can switch into safely.

to be honsest never face a celebi before bt i guess there some truth in you words. Hmm my team dosn't seem to be doing good here should I just drop it or is there a chance on improving it?

ice beam really isnt doing anything for kingdra, give it waterfall in that place.

and less HP and more attack evs, along with a life orb.
