Hello and welcome to Smogon! Typically, when you signup for a tournament the round goes up on the following Monday (or Tuesday depending on your timezone) and you get a ping on these forums telling you who your opponent is. When that happens, make sure to schedule your game appropriately as is outlined in the original post of the tournament - both the signups and the round starting itself.
Unfortunately, this subforum (Ubers) does not deal with the tier you signed up for (Ubers UU) which has a different subforum that can be found here. Feel free to peruse it in case you need to find more resources for your upcoming games. Wishing you good luck on your games!
