High Quality Fanworks

Seeing all those headshots reminded me of Pokemon Shuffle, which was entirely literal heads, so when it came to the UBs you got wonderful things like this

I'm still annoyed Shuffle was tecnically discontinued if only because of that. There are artists out there that do keep making icons of that style for the newer mons but it's just a shame (and it was also kinda fun on its own as a game, as Trozei was).

Here is gen 9 as an example. They just have a lot of charm.

Pokemon Cafe Remix should still be pumping out these icons, albeit in a softer shading style. The primary focus when people talk about this game is definitely the full-body spritework but the actual gameplay still uses the classic Trozei-styling

Doesn't seem like spriters resource has updated their rip in...christ 5 years? Game has been out for that long??
Uh, anyway, Serebii just has the full body sprites and bulbapedia doesnt have them either but the app icons still show them off sometimes
