How Do YOU organize your Pokemon

With the massive amounts of Pokemon everyone has...how do you organize your boxes? Do you rename the boxes? Organize pokemon by type? Organize by stats? etc etc...Discuss!


I used to organize my Pokemon by type until I started to get lazy and now they are all mixed together. My only organized box would be the pokemon I have for trade.
 
I keep pokedex fodder and comp pokes seperated. And my current team are the first 6 of the box series. But I only have 2 boxes so I don't need more..... yet.
 
I lump all my bred pokes in one box, trades in another, release the rest of uneeded fodder and mass hatch until all 14 remaining boxes are full and check.
 
I have a box called "Good" where all the pokemon I have that are fully trained with stellar IVs rest. As you can tell by the fact that I have a single box for this I don't have very many competitive pokemon.
 
I have a box of all the good, non-redistributable guys I have labeled "Good", much like CARL chaos! NOT CARL. Then I have a separate box for each of the breeding guys I've bred with clones, EV'd versions, etc.. Then all my non-trained shit is in 4 boxes by rough tier placement, then I have 2 boxes for my current breeding project.

That'd be "Good", "OU", "BL", "UU", "NU (all the bad UUs)", "Breeding", "DitoSync", "JolCham", "ModEmp", "Flygon", rest empty.
 
One box named "FUCKYEAH" with everything EV trained. The next box has some useful Pokémon (HM Slaves, etc), then Synchronizers, then Dittos, then good IV'd but untrained, and the others boxes are just the random stuff we end up catching and recieving through trades.
 
Box 1: OU 1
Box 2: OU 2
Box 3: OU 3
Box 4: BL
Box 5: UU
Box 6: Ubers
Box 7: Nick'dEV
Box 8: UT
Box 9: Nick'dUT
Box 10: Trade Thread UT
Box 11: Trade Thread EV'd
Box 12: Breeding (Dittos and Smeargles)
Box 13: Ingame (HM Slaves, my sexy Infernape starter)
Box 14: ......
Box 15: ......
Box 16: ......
Box 17: ......
Box 18: ......

The last boxes are just filler with junk shit I'm too lazy to toss.
 
Boxes named TRAINED1, TRAINED2, etc. for EV trained Pokes, a box for UT but competitive stuff, and everything else is cluttered...
 
I got UT boxes and IV/EV boxes. My Ditto box and shiny box.
Also one box for all my own bred UT pokes aswell one box for ev'd ones.

Let's see:

Box 1: Bred/EV'd Pokemon, totally filled. They're starting to spread back over to Box 18.
Boxes 2 - 18: Labeled "001-030", "031-060", and so on until "481-493". Everything is there except Darkrai, Shaymin, and Arceus. Box 18 also has my "waiting to be trained" Pokemon and my Dittos.

I can't wait for Everyone's Pokemon Farm to release in the US so I can dump my Pokedex on it...
 
Roughly in the order caught, with my trained Pokemon in box 17 and "Specials" (shinies, event legends, et al) in 18.
