I put up 175 the other day, which is the most I've ever benched. It's not really that great, but seeing as how I started with little more than the bar about 18 months ago, I've made some good progress.
In Spring 2005 when I was in the pinnacle of my weight lifting career I broke all 4 records for my weight class at my high school.
Bench: 260
Squat: 350
Power Clean: 225
Total: 815
Considering I only weighed 145 at the time that was pretty good. But that was the end of my junior year offseason and I didn't lift weights again until after my senior year in football and I fell way behind. I didn't plan on playing college football so I lost interest in lifting weights.
I decided to play college football after all so I started back up last August, but still can't find that commitment I used to have. So right now:
Bench: 225
Squat: 335
Power Clean: 215
Total: 775
I am finally in a grove.
