I don't think yanmega needs both detect and hypnosis, only one of them is needed IMO.

If it is a Shoddy tourney, then have HP [Ice] over one of them.
 
Floatzel>Garchomp, then you have a good Elextric switch-in. Or Electivire.
do you mean floatzel<garchomp? its true that garchomp would be better on this team, you'll have a switch in to electric types and give it choice scarf and your good to go. also, switch wevile to choice band and give it ice shard.
 
it's a real team,not a shoddy one
My Yanmega is 2 IV's short for HP ice :-/ so it'll stick that way,detect=scouting+free speed boost
 
Protect is superior to Detect in every way. Just throwing it out there. (It's buyable too)
Floatzel's EVs are missing, and you are missing out on the last 6 EVs for most Pokes.
 
Everstone is right Protect is way better. They're the same but Protect has 10 PP (16 PP) compared to 5 PP (8 PP).

Infernape - I'd go with...

- Flamethrower

- Nasty Plot / Hidden Power Ice

Hasty isn't good as it could be surviving a few Stone Edges and other attacks it can resist with it's Fighting type. As for Naive it will be hurt by a lot of special based Water attacks like Surf.

Donphan - I'd go with 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 Atk because isn't walling attacks and supporting the team what you're doing? Possibly try Rapid Spin because Weavile and Yanmega suffer a lot.

Also Floatzel and Weavile don't really seem to be doing real well on the team. Maybe try a Jolly Weavile? Although ScarfTran would give some problems to this team imo.
 
Protect for sure, more PP and holds off pressure ability longer. Then again, it carries wide lens so I'm assuming you don't have speed boost. Hypnosis or Detect into something like HP Ice or Ground if that's the case.

If electricity is giving you that much trouble you can bench weavile for vire and lead off with floatzel.
