I finally have a working Smogon account.

Well around 2005 I was getting into the competive battling scene of Pokemon and I tried to register an account for Smogon and that account is dead weight because I did not have a valid email address. I've been a long time lurker on Smogon for a while now and I would like to say thank you Smogon for the awesome movesets and now I would love to present my stall team. I think this team has a huge weakness, but I can't figure out what it is at the moment.

BronzongShiny.png

Bronzong @ Leftovers
~ Confuse Ray
~ Hidden Power Electric
~ Stealth Rock
~ Grass Knot
EVs - 252 HP / 152 SpA / 104 SpD
Nature - Sassy
Ability - Levitate

Ok Confuse Ray may seem a little weird, but it causes a lot of switches which is good combing with the Stealth Rock factor. The Special Attack EVs on this moveset is very helpful because I will be able 2HKO Gyarados with Hidden Power and 2HKO Swampert with Grass Knot.

GliscorShiny.png

Gliscor @ Leftovers
~ Ice Fang
~ Knock Off
~ Earthquake
~ Roost
EVs - 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 Atk
Nature - Impish
Ability - Sand Veil

This boy right here is a big help without it I would be getting owned by Heracross and Lucario. The reason I have choosen Ice Fang instead of Aerial Ace is because Ice Fang will be helpful with the Dragon spam the OU metagame contains, and I think I can take on Heracross in between Roosting.

deoxys.png

Deoxys @ Leftovers
~ Cosmic Power
~ Recover
~ Taunt
~ Seismic Toss
EVs - 252 HP / 192 Def / 36 Spe / 28 SpD
Nature - Bold
Ability - Pressure

The star of the team. Cosmic Powers to Heaven, Recovers off damage, Taunts phazers, and Seismic Toss for nice damage. This set works wonders with my next buddy.

Tentacruel.png

Tentacruel @ Leftovers
~ Rapid Spin
~ Toxic Spikes
~ Ice Beam
~ Surf
EVs - 204 HP / 172 SpD / 96 SpA / 36 Spe
Nature - Calm
Ability - Liquid Ooze

This Pokemon right here aids Deoxys big time. Toxic Spikes will cause havok to many Pokemon, Rapid Spin will keep Deoxys from getting outstalled. Ice Beam is for the Dragon spam.

Heatran.png

Heatran @ Leftovers
~ Earth Power
~ Lava Pume
~ Rest
~ Sleep Talk
EVs - 244 HP / 136 SpA / 128 Spe
Nature - Modest
Ability - Flash Fire

My Rest Talker who absorbs status for the team. Thats it really Lava Pume for stab and Earth Power to hit some things.

SpiritombShiny.png

Spiritomb
~ Pain Spilt
~ Pursuit
~ Toxic
~ Taunt
EVs - 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SpD
Nature - Impish
Ability - Pressure

Some people might be asking why the hell I'm I using Toxic if I have a Pokemon on the team with Toxic Spikes? Well Toxic has actually been really helpful for me hitting those Pokemon with Levitate or have a Flying Type that Toxic Spikes can't toutch. Taunt is a cool move on the switch against the likes of Gyarados or Cresselia. Pursuit is just for filler and its nice sometimes against Dusknoir and Gengar. Pain Spilt isn't a grea way to heal, but hey its something.

To be honest, Bold Deoxys-E seems...well, odd. 90 Base Defenses are nothing to laugh at, but that 50 Base HP stat leaves something to be desired. I'd either make him a sweeper with the CSpecs set, or replace him with Blissey for a more solid wall that doesn't loose defense when it is phazed out.

Firstly, since you have no sleep support, I'd probably whack Hypnosis on Bronzong over the iffy Confuse Ray.

My main concern is that you are *very* Garchomp weak. Gliscor's a risky counter at the best of times, and your Bronzong won't be able to handle him with those moves (although I understand why you're using those moves). Spiritomb doesn't seem to bring a great deal to this team, but looking at your interesting Deoxys-E I think Pursuit will be essential to your team. So my proposal would be to swap out Spiritomb for CB Weavile w/ Pursuit and then give Gliscor U-Turn in place of Knock Off. U-Turn's great for forcing more switches so fits in nicely with your strategy and also allows Weavile to "counter" Garchomp somewhat. Gliscor's happy to switch into Garchomp EQ's and Dragon Claws then pull a slow U-Turn to Weavile who gets in for free and OHKO's even the Yache variants with ice Punch. Or he can just revenge kill.

You're losing your spin-blocker, but it's not as if that Spiritomb is gonna be doing anything to Donphan or Forry anyway and Weavile can always just Pursuit Starmie.

On second thought, you could give Bronzong Gyro Ball > Confuse Ray/Hypnosis which would allow him to 3HKO Garchomp comfortably. You'd be putting a *lot* of strain on Bronzong's shoulders though if you're relying on him to counter so many threats.
