XY OU I need someone to rate my OU Altaria team

Altaria @ Altarianite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 144 HP / 252 Atk / 112 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Roost
- Return
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance
When I decided on a set I thought earthquake would help hit steels and returns just has good coverage and damage. Then i found out its an official smogon and I felt stupid lol.

Mienshao @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Rock Slide
- High Jump Kick
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off
So it can live special hits, drain punch, and then come back in later with regen.

Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Protect
- Leech Seed
- Gyro Ball
- Stealth Rock
Stealth rocker and gyroballer to hit fairy types that don't carry fire moves.

Greninja @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Ice Beam
- Dark Pulse
- Hydro Pump
- Gunk Shot
I wanted to use Alakazam but Greninja is just better. Too bad it will be banned soon.

Tentacruel @ Assault Vest
Ability: Liquid Ooze
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Rapid Spin
- Sludge Bomb
To take special hits with extreme bulk. To burn and rapid spin.

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Rest
- Thunderbolt
- Sleep Talk
People would say chest but leftovers helps keep him alive plus I can still attack with sleep talk.

Hi! Welcome to Smogon, but make sure to read the RMT Rules before makinga post, you need a good 3-4 sentence description for each of your Pokemon. Also, you need an Intro.

Onto the rate.

I love MAltaria, and your EV Spread is a little funky. I would go all out and go with 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Def and. Jolly Nature, you get some good, speedy hits in this way.
Instead of AV Mienshao, I recommend AV Conkeldurr, since it's a bit more tanky.
Run an EV Spread of 168 Sp Def / 252 HP / 88 Def on Ferrothorn.
Greninja won't be banned soon. Run an EV Spread of 212 Sp Atk / 44 Atk / 252 Spe with a Hasty Nature so you can guarantee an OHKO to Azumarill.
Use Black Sludge on Tentacruel and run a moveset of Scald/ Acid Spray / Rapid Spin / Toxic Or Toxic Spikes.
On Rotom wash, run an EV Spread of 252 HP / 212 Def / 44 Spe, so you can outspeed and burn Azumarill. Run Chesto Berry and Instead if T-Bolt, run Volt Switch. Run Will-O in place of Sleep Talk.

Set for Conkeldurr:

Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Sp Def / 4 Atk
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Knock Off
- Ice Punch/Poison Jab

Hope it helps.

Everything Sparkl3y said. Almost. Definitely Conk, it pretty much does everything your Mienshao does only better. You lose some speed, but gain a lot more power, and better bulk; Mienshao is so frail Assault Vest doesn't really help much anyway. On Ferrothorn, run the suggested EV spread as above and run Shed Shell over Rocky Helmet to escape Magnezone trapping, Rocky Helmet isn't all that viable anymore. Also, run Sassy nature, it'll give you more power behind your Gyro Balls and it lets you tank a hit from Mega Gardevoir and OHKO in return with said Gyro Ball. The Rotom-W set should be exactly as stated above, probably better to run physically defensive with Bold nature too to wall Bird Spam a bit better. Run your Greninja Naive, Greninja needs his speed. Also, run 44 EVs in Atk for Gren too to get the OHKO on Azumarill with Gunk Shot. Also, a good Altaria spread would be:
Altaria @ Altarianite
Ability: Cloud Nine
EVs: 248 HP / 104 Def / 156 SpD
Careful Nature
- Refresh/Earthquake
- Dragon Dance
- Roost
- Return
The EVs let him take two Psyshocks from Life Orb Latios, two EQs from Jolly Lando-T, and two Icy Winds from Specs Keldeo, giving you an easier opportunity to set up more D-Dances. You may want to run Refresh (or Heal Bell, each to their own) in place of EQ to avoid status and ensure a nice healthy Altaria so nothing gets in the way of a sweep, but coverage is good too to take out those hard to finish threats like Mag and Heatran. Also, Cloud Nine pre-Mega lets you shut down Rain teams for a moment, it'll mean they have to send out their rain setter again to get their momentum back usually guaranteeing you a free D-Dance; the EV spread also takes two Ice Beams from offensive Polidoad anyway so unless you get crited or frozen you should be able to set up more.
Hope this helped.
