Arcanine @ Life orb
Nature: Adamant
EV spread: 102 Hp /252 attack/ 156 speed
Ability: Flash Fire
-Flare Blitz
-Thunder Fang
-Iron Head
-Crunch
Arcanine is one of my main sweepers and can take out many threats with relative ease. I chose flash fire over intimidate because its an immunity that greatly benifits my team. Flare blitz is arcanines main source of attacking and with life orb leaves a dent in most teams. Thunder fang is for coverage against water types. Iron head is here so arcanine can actually hurt rock types such as rhyperior which otherwise would proceed to KO arcanine with ease. Crunch is here for the abundance of psychic and ghost types allowing arcanine to KO them easier.
Togekiss @ Lum berry
Nature: Modest
EV spread: 100 Hp/ 252 special attack/ 58 special defence/ 100 speed
Ability: Serene Grace
-Air slash
-Extrasensory
-Aura sphere
-Fire Blast
The special attacker of the team, that 120 base special attack stat doesn't go to waste. Air slash is the main attacking move and provides stab. Extrasensory is for those fighting types that think they can get around togekiss. Aura sphere is for the rock and steel types that would otherwise KO togekiss. Fire blast is to round out the coverage hurting nearly everything else.
Dragonite @ Leftovers
Nature: Adamant
EV spread 150 Hp/ 252 attack/ 108 speed
Ability: Inner Focus
-Outrage
-Fire punch
-Aqua tail
-Extremespeed
Outrage is an amazing move with dragonite with 120 base power and stab is destroys teams. Fire punch is for steel types such as skarmory which without this move could proceed to stall dragonite plus it gets neutral damage on empoleon. Extremespeed is there to pick off weakened pokemon for the KO.
Scizor @ Expert belt
Nature: Adamant
EV spread 252 attack/ 155 defense/ 103 special defense
Ability: Technician
-Bullet punch
-Bug bite
-Night slash
-Brick break
Pure power right here I take full advantage of scizor's ability with this set. Bullet punch has stab, priority, and extra technician damage a near perfect move for scizor. Bug bite recieves a big boost with technician and stab and puts a dent in almost everything it hits. I chose night slash over pursuit because overall night slash still does more damage even after the technician boost and the critical hit is always nice. Brick break is for other steel types.
Rhyperior @ Focus sash
Nature: Brave
EV spread 130 Hp /252 attack/ 128 defense
Ability: Solid Rock
-Stone edge
-Earthquake
-Hammer arm
-Payback
Man this pokemon is a beast. Stone edge nearly KO's anything that doesnt resist it along with being a stab move. Earthquake has great coverage with stone edge and also has stab. Hammer arm is for putting the hurt on dark types such umbreon. Last but not least is payback and let me tell you this move is no joke with 100 base power for rhyperior being slower than the opposing pokemon it decimates unprepared psychic and ghost types for the unexpected KO.
Empoleon @ Leftovers
Nature: Calm
Ev spread: 90 Hp/ 43 defense / 125 special attack/ 252 special defense
Ability: Torrent
-Surf
-Ice beam
-Grass knot
-Stealth rock
Empoleon is here as my "absorber" as 3 pokemon on this team have a weakness to ice and empoleon bearing a 4x resistance can take these attacks with ease. Surf is the stab move and main way of causing damage. Ice beam is for the grass types and the ground types that think they can switch in without any trouble. Grass knot is for rounded out coverage and can hurt opposing empoleon. Stealth rock is for support and this entry hazard is important for this team to successfully sweep.
