Access to Psychic Surge, a Ghost immunity, and decent offensive stats make Indeedee-F a good option on Psychic teams. Psychic Surge is great for boosting its team's Psychic-type STAB moves, as well as blocking priority such as Bisharp's Sucker Punch and Mimikyu's Shadow Sneak. However, its access to Healing Wish is what truly differentiates itself from Indeedee-M, enabling it to support its teammates if they get worn down. On the other hand, Indeedee-F's Speed is notably lower than its male counterpart's, which means it fails to Speed tie with Pokemon such Kyurem and Obstagoon and fails to outspeed Pokemon like Rotom-H and Kommo-o. Its slightly lower Special Attack compared to Indeedee-M also means that it has a harder time beating Pokemon such as Zeraora with a Choice Specs-boosted Psychic. Psychic is its most powerful attack and is boosted by Psychic Surge, being able to deal significant damage to bulky Pokemon such as Toxapex, Hippowdon, and Torkoal while OHKOing offensive Pokemon such as Mamoswine. Mystical Fire hits Steel-type Pokemon such as Aegislash, Ferrothorn, and Bisharp. Trick cripples defensive Pokemon such as Snorlax and Corviknight by locking them into one attack, while Hyper Voice is another STAB option that avoids having to worry about Dark-type Pokemon like Obstagoon, Morpeko, and Crawdaunt in matchups such as Normal, Electric, and Water switching in. It also hits Pokemon such as Shiftry and Salazzle behind a Substitute.
Indeedee-F's Healing Wish support is especially good for Pokemon like Mew, Hatterene, and Jirachi so that they can take on matchups such as Steel, Dragon, Water, and Fairy with more consistency. In return, Mew can break past defensive Pokemon that Indeedee-F struggles against such as Snorlax, Corviknight, and Tyranitar using its combination of Taunt, Knock Off, and Will-O-Wisp. Hatterene's Magic Bounce is crucial for preventing entry hazards such as Ferrothorn's Spikes, Toxapex's Toxic Spikes, and Sticky Web that wear down or slow down Indeedee-F. Gardevoir and Jirachi are both Choice Scarf users that can carry Healing Wish, forming a strong support core with Indeedee-F, as well as revenge killing faster Pokemon like Sand Rush Excadrill and Hydreigon respectively. Gardevoir and Hatterene are also good for beating Dark-type Pokemon like Hydreigon, Grimmsnarl, and Weavile, and all three of them appreciate Psychic Surge's ability to boost their STAB Psychic attacks and allow them to avoid priority moves from Pokemon such as Bisharp, Grimmsnarl, and Mimikyu. Celebi's access to Thunder Wave and Healing Wish means it can slow down faster Pokemon and support Indeedee-F and the rest of the team. Orbeetle can slow down Pokemon like Mimikyu and Salazzle for Indeedee-F because of its access to Sticky Web.

Choice Scarf Indeedee-F's ability to use a fast Healing Wish is what differentiates it from its male counterpart and allows it to support its teammates if they ever get worn down. However, on the downside, its Special Attack and Speed are both lower than Indeedee-M's, meaning it can't outspeed Choice Scarf Excadrill and has to Speed tie with Choice Scarf Duraludon as a revenge killer. Psychic Surge's support is great for Psychic teams, being able to stop priority users such as Bisharp, Crawdaunt, Mamoswine, and Mimikyu as well as boosting Psychic-type STAB moves. Psychic is Indeedee-F's strongest attack and allows it to deal a decent amount of damage to foes like Zeraora, Mimikyu, Mamoswine, and Cinderace under Psychic Terrain. It also hits Poison-type Pokemon like Toxapex, Salazzle, and Gengar for super effective damage. Dazzling Gleam hits Dark- and Dragon-type Pokemon such as Hydreigon, Obstagoon, and Dragapult for super effective damage. Trick cripples defensive Pokemon such as Hippowdon as well as setup sweepers like Kyurem and Reuniclus by locking them into one move.
The entirety of Psychic teams appreciates Indeedee-F's Psychic Surge and Healing Wish support as well as its Ghost immunity. Mew is an effective stallbreaker that can break down common defensive Pokemon like Hippowdon, Ferrothorn, and Snorlax for Indeedee-F using Will-O-Wisp, Taunt, and Knock Off. It can also use Nasty Plot in conjunction with Fire Blast to beat Steel-type Pokemon such as Bisharp, Ferrothorn and Aegislash Indeedee-F cannot damage well. In return, Indeedee-F can revenge kill Pokemon like Hydreigon and Zeraora that threaten Mew with their super effective attacks. Gardevoir and Celebi can also use Healing Wish, and as a result, they can form a strong support core with Indeedee-F. Gardevoir and Jirachi work together with Indeedee-F as Choice Scarf users to break down shared checks and sweep teams, and both appreciate Psychic Terrain along with Trick Room Hatterene, as it allows them to deal with priority users such as Bisharp, Mimikyu, and Crawdaunt as well as boost their STAB Psychic attacks. Hatterene's access to Magic Bounce means it can keep away Sticky Web that slows down Indeeedee-F and hamper it as a revenge killer. Celebi can pivot into attacks such as Seisimtoad's Hydro Pump and Alolan Raichu's Rising Voltage for Indeedee-F using its good defensive typing.
