Hello this is my first Rate My Team thread and one of my first posts in general. With this team I usually win only half of my battles. This is not great at all. I'm looking for feedback to improve my team. I get all my sets from Smogon.

Reptile (Shuckle) @ Mental Herb
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Sticky Web
- Stealth Rock
- Encore
- Infestation

Entry hazard setter of the team. I'm more concerned about setting up Sticky Web than Stealth Rock, but Stealth Rock is always appreciated. Infestation traps the opponent while Encore forces them to use the same attack.

Viridi (Gardevoir) (F) @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace
EVs: 24 Def / 232 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Psyshock
- Focus Blast
- Taunt

My first Fairy. It is the Special Sweeper of the team. Stick Web helps it deal with its mediocre Speed and allows me to use Modest Nature over Timid. With Taunt, it's the Stallbreaker of the team as Stall Teams really mess me up.

Bonnie (Azumarill) (M) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 92 HP / 252 Atk / 164 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Belly Drum
- Aqua Jet
- Play Rough
- Superpower

My second Fairy. I love this thing. It is the Physical Sweeper. After Belly Drum, not much can stop it. Sticky Web helps it deal with its crappy Speed which turns it into a scary Sweeper. Thanks to Sticky Web, it can use Play Rough and still go first sometimes.

Yurei (Gengar) (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Wave
- Focus Blast
- Icy Wind

My switch in to Conkeldurr. It also walls Chansey. Because of Levitate, I can switch into Gengar (or Gliscor) when I know my opponent will use an Ground-type move on Heatran. Gengar also loves to eat Fairies.

Batman (Gliscor) (M) @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 28 Def / 236 Spe
Impish Nature
- Substitute
- Toxic
- Protect
- Earthquake

A good Wall. Because of its typing, I can switch into it when I know my opponent will use an Electric-type move on Azumarill or a Ground-type move on Heatran. The Toxic Stall helps get rid of slower threats well. And with Sticky Web, it'll be faster than the opponent most of the time.

490.png

HellHound (Heatran) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Overheat
- Flash Cannon
- Flamethrower
- Ancient Power

The revenge killer of the team. He is also my answer to Talonflame, as no on else in my team can deal with Talonflame who can easily sweep my entire team if it wasn't for this thing. Choice Scarf + Sticky Web makes it insanely hard to outspeed.

All feedback and suggestions are appreciated!

Well, Gengar is not exactly a safe switch to Conkeldurr, 'cause 90% of they use Knock Off. Speaking about Conkeldurr, he can be a threat to your team if he's Assault Vest. It can beat Heatran, Gliscor and Gengar (and fairies with Poison Jab in a predict). So, I would replace Gengar for another Special Attacker (like Latios or Latias). But Gengar can stay (he's a Spinblocker, very important to Sticky Web teams), just put some move that beats Conkeldurr (like Psychic or Dazzling Gleam) and taunt to stop Defog users like Mandibuzz and Latis.
And if you wanna keep Gengar, try this set:

Gengar @ Life Orb/Black Sludge
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Wave
- Psychic/Dazzling Gleam
- Taunt

Hope I helped you! :D

You shouldn't use Psychic / Dazzling Gleam on an offensive Gengar. It leaves it hardwalled by T-Tar and Heatran, and provides somewhat redundant coverage. Focus Blast is the superior option here, you should try that out :]

harri2000 I am willing to replace Gengar if it should be replaced. According to Soulblaster, I shouldn't use Psychic/Dazzling Gleam. I will replace Icy Wind with Taunt and see how that works!

Mega Klefki Done! Infestation has been replaced with Knock Off.

Soulblaster I'll take your advice and keep Focus Blast!

Thanks for the feedback everyone!

Hey man, cool team. First, I recommend that you change your Gengar set. Gengar isn't a very safe switch in to Conkeldurr and Icy Wind doesn't serve too much of a purpose. To further beat Chansey and to be a better stall breaker I think your Gengar should run Taunt over Icy Wind. It's also pretty cool because you can spin block with gengar.

Running Sticky Web and Scarftran seems really reduntant, so I think you could use either a fast Taunt Heatran or an all out attacker. Your team is very weak to Volcarona, which commonly runs Giga Drain. The only wall you have for it is Heatran, but Tran does not even beat it with Ancientpower if Volcarona gets some Quiver Dances up, since you'll be relying on lucky stat boosts. I recommend running Stone edge over Ancientpower. This seems counterintuitive, but here are some calcs vs. SpDef Talonflame and bulky Volcarona

0- Atk Heatran Stone Edge vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Talonflame: 316-372 (88 - 103.6%) -- 25% chance to OHKO

252+ SpA Heatran Ancient Power vs. 248 HP / 252+ SpD Talonflame: 264-312 (73.5 - 86.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

252+ SpA Heatran Ancient Power vs. +1 248 HP / 0 SpD Volcarona: 184-220 (49.3 - 58.9%) -- 71.9% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

0- Atk Heatran Stone Edge vs. 248 HP / 136+ Def Volcarona: 256-304 (68.6 - 81.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Tl;dr Icy Wind on Gengar should be replaced by Taunt since it isn't too useful, and Heatran should drop the Choice Scarf for an Air Balloon

Yurei (Gengar) (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Wave
- Focus Blast
- Taunt

HellHound (Heatran) (M) @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Overheat
- Flash Cannon
- Flamethrower
- Stone Edge

In my opinion, I'd go Toxic or Knock Off over Infestation. Infestation seems like a greedy option in my opinion (Shuckle). For Gardevoir, I'd go Calm Mind over Taunt. This way, you can boost your stats to go even further (which can give you the chance to set up an end game sweep). If anything, I'd go either Dazzling gleam or Taunt (Gengar). For Heatran, I think you should run Earth Power to easily attack other fire types. Ancient Power won't really KO any fire types other than Talon and Charizard (and others 4x weak to rock). That is if you're going to use a scarf set. Well... honestly, I think you should remove Ancient Power and put in Stone Edge. As stated from Leremyju (good comment), Stone Edge has a much better chance to KO Pokemon like Volcarona/Talonflame, who can live Ancient Powers when mostly set up to be Sp. Defensive.
Overall, great team and I expect to see you doing well!
(*Please note that you do not have to take my suggestions and feel free to utilize your own current team if you think it suits you well. Thank you for listening to my rambling and see ya!)

Leremyju I already replaced Icy Wind with Taunt. I'm going to try the Air Balloon set and Stone Edge and see how that goes!

Sanic the Ledgehog I already replaced Infestation with Knock Off. I'll try replacing Gardevoir's Taunt with Calm Mind. I don't want to replace Flamethrower with Earth Power because I want a reliable Fire type move that doesn't make you get weaker.

Thanks for the suggestion! :D
