Yeah I think its the correct one. I corrected myself. It says its being shown in simple mode due to high traffic so that is likely why. I checked the pages and there seems to be a high number of people listed, so I'm going to assume its the correct one.

Is anyone able to assist me at the moment? I need to recheck my box of eggs (stupid spread keeps corrupting) I just need a trade partner, I can check myself =)

Since youre starting this new thread for checking and hatching, I personally think that if anyone were to request hatching that they have their SVs VISIBLE (IE sig or some other info thats instantly obtainable through viewing posts), AND be WILLING to hatch for others themselves. I mean, its only fair- if you want a damn shiny you should be willing to help others do the same, right?

Well this thread is actually mainly for requesting egg checks to where the person can then take those numbers and check them against the database and personally contact the players on that database if they find a match, but that could actually be a workable idea as well to help broaden the aid that can be given.

Btw, how do you do the signature at the bottom of the post? I cant seem to find the field in relation to that in my profile. >>'

I think either way it's a good idea, I mean, my SV is below in my signature, so anyone can contact me if they require me to hatch an egg for them, I'm just hoping I can find people who hold 3346 eggs, and I hold an egg of their number so we can trade eggs that way too, so I can get my trainer ID onto the shiny, instead of someone elses, but I am willing to help other people hatch their shinies :)

Then my guess is my account isn't old enough for me to get a signature because I don't see the specified area at all.

Edit: Nope. nvm. Just found it. It never did that popup menu before when I hovered over it or clicked it.

It should pop up if you highlight your forum name on the top user bar. A drop down list of options should appear and signature should be the second one down on the left.

Im glad there are at least a couple people on board with this. I feel that people using Smogon and a couple other Pokemon based forums are a bit safer bets than contacting random Reddit users and such, since they are easier to track here and can be banned easily if scamming- which losing Smogon, as the top resource for trading/testing/battling competitive Pokemon, would be detrimental to them and they would lose the help of quite a few of the brightest minds the fandom has to offer.

Yeah, I agree. While reddit is nice for mass collecting FCs for friend Safaris, Im afraid thats the extent of its usefulness as, like you said, on reddit people can scam easier by being less trackable while on here, you mess up and people will know about it it seems.

While I agree the reddit forums (I applied for both GameFAQ and Reddit) are very confusing with their rules, however, take the same measures as we do here. I just like Smogon better, a thousand times more smooth going for me. Database included. And yes, Smogon's blacklist power rings very strongly, at least in my opinion so it deters scammers nicely.
 
I'm always happy to help in checking egg SV, trainer SV or even hatching eggs that match my SV. For any of the above, feel more than free to drop me a PM.
 
I don't mind helping checking trainer SV's, hatching eggs or checking egg SV's. Just let me know via PM and we can set something up. My fc is in my sig, along with my TSV.

Note, this is only until instacheck is stopped. Once that happens, I'll no longer be doing this.
