Oh no that's tough.....I would say Jumpluff or Lanturn? But I like a lot of pokemon in that generation so it's difficult to choose.

Hello everyone, my name is Matthew and I am 22. I have been playing pokemon since red and blue. I do not know anything about competitive battling, but I would love to learn. I casually play pokemon and stared learning breeding in x and y and have really enjoyed. My favorite region is kanto as seeing my favorite pokemon is pidgeot. Hope I can pick up competitive battling and find a mentor to help me eventually.

Hey y'all, my name's the Igmeister. I'm a tri-gender Pyrofox who hates Pokemon and believes it's an overrated piece of Garbodor. Anyway, my first Pokemon game was Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness, but my first handheld one was Pokemon FireRed. I first came across competitive battling in Gen V, but I only got the hang of it recently. I tend to play PU and such tiers a lot, because OU is too mainstream I don't really enjoy people spamming Aegislash Mega Gengar Mega Mawile Mega Lucario Mega Kangaskhan Greninja Talonflame and stuff (wow, we've banned a lot of Pokemon :o ), but in PU I tend to have more fun against more creative sets and lesser-used Pokemon. I play games other than Pokemon as well, such as Borderlands 2 (don't you dare talk to me about the Pre-Sequel, or I will roundhouse kick you to the moon) and Minecraft. If you want to talk to me for whatever reason, I am mostly found on Showdown with the name of Igmeister. I am looking forward to trying to integrate myself into this community with or without force! :D

To be honest, the reason I joined Smogon is because I didn't understand how the Showdown punishments worked, so when I got banned due to someone else on a public IQ, I had to ask. Hello, my name is AbirdZero (Or Abird for short.) A few weeks ago I have returned to Smogon. I was on PS! for a few months before I came to Smogon, I knew that it had a Pokedex & such, but I didn't know about the forums until a few months ago. My first Pokemon game was Pokemon Pearl. I wanted Diamond, but the GameStop I went to didn't have Pokemon Diamond. XD I learned a lot about Pokemon, and I hope to learn more! I found out about Smogon from watching YouTube one day. I'm just now realizing that this post is really bouncing all around. I like to try strange things within OU, such as Pineco, and Scarfed Umbreon. I get a lot of inspiration from playing Random Battles, and doing things people wouldn't expect. I also had my 1-year anniversary on August 3 last year, but I completely forgot about it. So, I may not be a new member, but I don't really know a lot of People on here, so this is my chance to get to know people (And for people to know me)!

My first game was Emerald, but I never owned it. I had to play on friends' and relatives' GBAs, but now that the Hoenn remakes are out, I can return to my favorite region!
