Is My Regigigas Good?

Basically just for Blissey. It can also hurt Shedinja with Knock Off if it is holding a Focus Sash and hurt it because it only has 1 HP. Anyway, it should take down a lot of threats in OU. It may has a problem with Skarmory, though. Then I will just switch to my Porygon2 with Discharge. Anyway, it should be a great Pokemon to use on my team.
 
Gengar walks all over it. I'd go with Thunder Wave over Toxic, but even so, this is identical to the one already in the analysis.
 
This could go into the simple question thread but even then the analysis is no different to this and you can just look there to see what you should use.
 
If this goes in Simple Q+A thread is kind of a matter of opinion because it will take a few posts to turn this set into a possibly better one.
 
I was thinking, what if we gave Regigigas a Relaxed nature and replaced Earthquake with Thunderbolt? That would play off its 80 base special attack as opposed to its 55 base attack until the 5 turns are up. It can mess up the aforementioned Skarmory decently enough, and can still hit Gengar.
