Is this team capable of withstanding a Falcon Punch?

Any team modifications will be in bold red

Newcomer!

Vampire / Gliscor @ Leftovers
Ability : Sand Veil
Nature : Impish
EVs : 252 HP, 252 Defense, 6 Attack
Aerial Ace
Earthquake
Stealth Rock
Roost

Lead, sets up Stealth Rock and gives me no worries against Heracross who will take advantage with Toxic Spikes because this thing will always laugh at Heracross (unless if he pacts the piratically non existent HP Ice or Natural Gift Ice Type).

IGangRapeU / Gengar @ Choice Scarf
Ability : Levitate
Nature : Modest
EVs : 252 Special Attack, 196 Speed, 62 HP
Shadow Ball
Hidden Power (Ice)
Thunderbolt
Focus Blast / Hypnosis

Alright, it doesn't pack much power than Garchomp, but it sure does out speeds him and has a whooping 394 SP Attack. 62 HP is there for the sake of him taking at least one hit (Just because somethings seems frails doesn't mean it will ALWAYS get 1 hit KOed). Standard, need I say more? I guess I might as well say he's my revenge killer and cleans the match in end. I'm hesitating between Hypnosis as it makes Gengar forced to switch. I can see why Smogon's analysis didn't include it in the Choice Set.

Juggernaut / Electivire @ Expert Belt
Ability : Motor Drive
Nature : Mild
EVs : 76 Attack, 252 Special Attack, 182 Speed
Thunderbolt
Hidden Power (Ice)
Flamethrower
Cross Chop

Break soo many walls...I think he kills every wall in OU that isn't called Cresselia or Swampert...yeah, I'm pretty sure of it. Kills walls in early game and than I sweep with my Gengar! Pretty sweet, right?

IKillUrApe / Tentacruel @ Black Sludge
Ability : Liquid Ooze
Nature : Calm
EVs : 204 HP, 38 Defense, 64 Special Attack, 172 Special Defense and 32 Speed.
Toxic Spikes
Rapid Spin
Surf
Ice Beam

KOs Salamence with Ice Beam, sets up Toxic Spikes and Rapid Spins when needed, 38 Defense for the sake of taking Close Combat a bit more decently. Seeing my enemy dying slowly brings me joy.

LOLClause! / Skarmory @ Leftovers
Ability : Sturdy
Nature : Impish
EVs : 252 HP, 64 Attack, 194 Defense
Roost
Whirlwind
Brave Bird
Spikes

Best...spiker...ever...(Also an awesome Garchomp counter and takes 1 physical hit from anything, I'll KO Heracross and Lucario when they hit me (1 hit KO Assured! >:D).

27 Hit KO! / Blissey @ Leftovers
Ability : Natural Cure
Nature : Calm
EVs : 252 Defense, 176 Special Defense, 84 Special Attack
Wish
Protect
Toxic
Flamethrower

It's just awesome...toxics whoever I can and Flamethrowers those Steels Type. Wish and Protect for self recovery and awesome stalling! :D

Rate my team, I'll accept all critics (yes, even "You're X Pokemon weak).

If you're looking for an Antilead that can take down Garchomp and Gyarados, I would look into running Porygon 2 over Hariyama... Porygon 2 can be as annoying and reflect back attempts to status. Hariyama's lack of recovery really hurts it, since Gyarados and Garchomp are really some of the most common threats in the game I would rather like a much more solid counter. It's up to you though.

Looking at the team it looks solid with the basic outline for a standard team. The most worrisome thing for me is to see Hariyama leading. When you look at the common leads you have gyarados who actually can intimidate hariyama and just switch out, gengar who will just sleep you, azelf who murders with psychic, and some good bulky pokemon like specsmence and bronzong who also murders him. Really I would lead with Tentacruel or Gengar. Gengar has the fastest sleep in the game with scarf and can pretty much kill most leads. Now obviously you are missing hypnosis on that scarf set and with skarm and ice beam blissey i think you can get rid of hp ice for dragons.

Tentacruel as a lead can help by beating specsmence you could give you trouble but also helps get those toxic spikes down early. he is a good counter to mixape leads and other annoying foes like gliscor leads. He also allows you an easier way to switch from him to electivire

There is no reason to change any of the pokemon here although you could possible switch electivire for zapdos. zapdos not only handles above threats but is solid for this sort of stallish team. he also combos nicely with hariyama.

First of all, I would definetly add Zapdos over Electvire. Antilead Porygon2 can be good, though you can also try Wish Vaporeon over Tentacruel to keep Hariyama alive. Other than that, I would like to mention that you have a 3x Psychic weakness, and if some kind of Dugtrio fucks your Blissey, and Sucker Punches Gengar, you're screwed. I would change Blissey's EVs by giving it some SpDef, adding some SpAtk, and still maxing Defence. (Yes, remove HP EVs)

I think you might be better off with running a RestTalk Hariyama, which in that case, Machamp can do the job better. With no wish support, you are expecting a lot from Hariyama to counter Garchomp and I assume Tyranitar.

Electivire wants HP Ice, or Gliscor is another wall that you cannot beat. HP Grass is way too situational for random Swamperts, who are rarely used in OU anymore.

Blissey's EV's are off. It needs more Sp.Def as opposed to HP, because you are expecting it to take on SpecsTran/SpecsMence/Porygon-Z/etc. Also, if you accept the change to RestTalk, Aromatherapy seems worthless. Since you depend on Tentacruel as well, I suggest running Wish/Protect Blissey as support. Also lets you scout Heracross who can be a pain in the neck (Skarmory is 2HKO by Close Combat, and if the opponent is smart, they will realize Gengar is your only immunity, a frail one at that).

You are basically saying Hariyama is an inferior pokemon, which isn't true at all. Machamp can't Resttalk better than Hariyama second of all. Machamp is easily 2HKOed by a CB Weavile's Ice Punch and Tyranitar does a shit load when you aren't packing defense, in fact Stone Edge does 42% minimum, an easy 2HKO with some residual damage, oh yeah, it outspeeds Machamp too. Hariyama takes a MAX of 35%, barely a 3HKO, and that is max. Minimum it does 30%, 4HKO.

Hariyama can abuse Force Palm, giving some much needed paralysis on random occasions, while DynamicPunch causes 100% confusion, which is great, but confusion is healed by switching out, and many teams have a ghost and Gliscor to just switch back and forth between, PP stalling your mere 8 PP.

Electivire should have HP Ice tho, since it hits dragons and 2HKOs most Hippowdon/Donphan, both of which are more common than Swampert nowadays.

Blissey wants Calm and max defense. She doesn't need 252 HP, that is just wasteful when you decrease the damage output by putting it into special defense.

Alright, thanks a lot guys, I did some noteworthy modifications, although I read the comments I still don't see how Zapdos would benefit me much, also Electivire is there so that my Gengar can sweep. Basically, this team will cause a lot of switch outs and I'll wait until my opponent dies out of Spikes and Stealth Rock damage, not forgetting Toxic damage of course.

I'll accept more suggestions.
