+1 would be Scarf Magearna, or Shift Gear Magearna slowed by Sticky Web.Can you add 1+ Shift Gear Magearna? That would be pretty appreciative, thanks

This should be a standard set for Magearna.
If you would like to change a few things, I wouldn't mind.
I know it's almost completely irrelevant usually but maybe add Shuckle? It's actually faster than Gyro Ball Ferrothorn and faster than 31 speed Ferro / Trick Room Slowbro after a hit from Sticky Web. Not that you need to EV your Pokemon to worry about outrunning it lol but it is OU by usage so maybe it's worth adding just for completion's sake.
If -2 Snorlax is meta relevant then so is Shuckle (who outruns it by the way).

Small mistake, but you misspelled Positive as Positivee in Azumarill’s section at second to last row.Tier Three: 300 to 200
Conkeldurr requires 0 ivs and a negative nature to hit 85 speed.Tier Five: 100 to 10 speed
I think you should add neutral nature unboosted volcarona as you have listed neutral volc with a +1 and +2 boost

The boosted / lowered speed stat which the mon has. For example if I were to use agility, I would be +2 speed. If I were to use curse (on a non-ghost type) I would be -1 speed.
Generally things at +1 refer to Dragon Dance users and Quiver Dance users who have used their boosting move once, or choice scarf users. Snorlax shows -1 as it is referring to Snorlax which has used Curse to lower it's speed one stage.
