Hey people! I decided that I am sick of hax taking down my team (I mean, come on, there's only so many critical hits that I can take before I'm driven insane). So I'm going to try a bit of a different team to see if it might work.
Spiritomb @ Choice Scarf
Nature: Bold
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Hp, 124 Def, 132 Sp. Def
- Trick
- Grudge
- Protect
- Taunt
The typical TrickScarf Spiritomb. I'm pretty sure everybody gets the idea, but just in case, this Spiritomb essentially takes advantage of the AI's stubborness to not switch out by trapping it to a move by tricking the lead with the choice scarf. I can then use grudge to remove the PP of it's locked attack and lock it into a struggle. Taunt is there to help against status move users, which I think might be a problem for this team (I'm not sure yet, so far this is all ideas on paper). Either way, the PP is gone, struggle is up, and I then switch into...
Ninjask @ Leftovers
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 176 HP / 252 Atk / 80 Spe
~ Substitute
~ Swords Dance
~ Baton Pass
~ X-Scissor
The typical moveset for Ninjask, but it sets up a great sweeper for my next guy. As soon as Spiritomb does its job, I switch to the ninjask. The ninjask, with 4 turns of setting up while the opponent struggles, can get up 4x a speed boost because of its ability and at least x2 damage with a swords dance (maybe even more if the struggle does not break the substitute). The X-Scissor is there if I can take out the next pokemon the opponent brings out with ninjask, giving me some breathing room for my last pokemon. When Ninjask's job is done, I plan on baton passing to . . .
Drapion @ Life Orb
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Battle Armor
EVs: 252 Atk / 236 HP / 8 Sp Def / 12 Def
~ Crunch
~ Earthquake
~ Ice Fang
~ Poison Jab
Goodbye to my first choice, Kabutops, and say hello to Drapion. Drapion, though it has less attack than Kabutops, has better stats otherwise, more coverage, and an immunity. Drapion has the ability battle armor, which prevents critical hit hax. The OHKO hax is definitely something I'm worried about, but I'm praying that the above set with ninjask will have used SD enough to take anything out before they can use a OHKO. With the hax put out of the way, there is only the UU level stats. However, the speed is definitely fixed with the speed boosts, while even a single swords dance baton passed by ninjask will make drapion a force not to be underestimated. The EV spread I have is so that Drapion has the best attack, while having enough bulk to take a hit. The speed boosts will account for the lack of speed EVs.
Some final words...
Now, sure, I kind of combined a few strategies here, but I think it is an interesting idea that I have. What worries me the worst about this is that I am relying on a single offensive pokemon here. This just kind of popped into my head, I think that this is just an interesting idea to toy around with. Any thoughts?

Bye bye Kabutops. Drapion provided the same as Kabutops, but with better type coverage, resistances, and overall better stats.
