I have a question since Drizzle+Swiftswim and Manaphy are suppose to be banned however the server isn't updated to reflect this. Are we to play assuming they are banned? Or are they still legal play?

Manaphy and Drizzle + Swift Swim are banned from BW OU matches

yeah i didn't know that life orb damage activate that clause .. i though only explosion did ..and well self ko clause isn't on the battle rules in the OP .. x)

Correct me if in wrong but I believe there is no more self ko clause and a draw ends In a rematch based off the forum war thread

Self KO Clause is removed from all tournaments bar Smogon Tour (due to time constraints).

Therefore, since you guys both split two matches and the final one resulted in a tie, you are going to have to replay the third match.
