Just let it shine

As the title implies, this is a Sunny Day team, and it's the first time I'm trying one. Although it's been working well

SInfernape.jpg
@ Choice Scarf
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Flare Blitz
- Stealth Rock
- U-Turn

Scarfed Infernape has various uses on this team: It lays down the Rocks early, it can scare/KO Tyranitar and Abomasnow and it also makes for a good late game sweeper with its Flare Blitz. Oh, and it can revenge kill Heatran. Changed Thunderpunch to U-Turn for scouting purposes

SExeggutor.jpg
@ Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Solarbeam
- Psychic
- Sunny Day
- Hidden Power [Fire]

First Sunny Day user, and only comes in when I'm sure he'll be taking as little damage as possible. Solarbeam, Hidden Power and Chlorophyll abuse the sun, while Psychic has good coverage with them. Can also OHKO Salamence after SR, I think

STangrowth.jpg
@ Heat Rock
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 HP/76 Spd/182 SAtk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Solarbeam
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Synthesis
- Sunny Day

Sturdy Sunny Day user, and also my physical Tank. Once again, Solarbeam and Hidden Power work well together, and Synthesis is just the recovery move Tangrowth lacked (yes, I'm aware of Morning Sun). Speed is to outspeed Base 90 with Neutral (or positive? Can't remember) nature after Sunny Day

SHeatran.jpg
@ Choice Specs
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Overheat
- Dragon Pulse
- Earth Power
- Solarbeam

Boom. Anything not named Blissey or with Flash Fire will take a lot from a Specsed Overheat under the Sun, and even more if Flash Fire is activated. Dragon Pulse and Earth Power have great coverage with Overheat, and Solarbeam gets rid of annoying Water types

SCresselia.jpg
@ Heat Rock
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/6 Def/252 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Sunny Day
- Thunder Wave
- Moonlight
- Light Screen

Since my team is going to be very Heatran weak, I decided to pump everything into Special Defense and have Light Screen. Second sturdy Sunny Day user, and also benefits from it with Moonlight. Thunder Wave helps with all the fast things going around

SScizor.jpg
@ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- X-Scissor
- Bullet Punch
- Morning Sun
- Superpower

WTF? A 4x weak to Fire on a Sunny Day team?! This may not look like it makes sense, but if you think about it, he's still going to die from most Fire attaks, Sunny Day or not. And Scizor is just too cool not to have. Also, interesting enough, Scyther was one of the Pokémon that got Morning Sun after being purified in XD, so it replaces Roost on this 3 attacks Life Orb set. We all know why Bullet Punch is awesome on Scizor. Superpower to get those Heatran switch ins, and X-Scissor over U-Turn because I need to do as much damage as possible

I only have a bit, but I have a couple of suggestions:
First of all, Ill really have to say that SD Scizor is waaaaaay better, and I would heavily recommend it.
Second of all, if it is a scarfape, why not uturn for scouting? Just a suggestion though

Woo Sunny Day! :D

Heatran deals huuuge damage to this team! It's not like Cresselia can do much back (or to anything, eg. Shaymin-S), and it's not like you have a safe switch-in to anything, even after it is paralysed..

My first "idea" is to use Moltres. It would help with Heatran (and possibly Infernape), and you could run Sunny Day, Roost, Flamethrower and Hidden Power Ground. It would help "counter" Heatran, especially if you use an EV spread of 248 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD / 4 Spe. Choice Scarf Heatran manages 32.11% - 38.12% with a Sunny Day max SpA STAB Fire Blast. Most people are now running Flamethrower for Substituting Shaymin-S, which manages 25.59% - 30.29%. I do believe if there was no Sandstorm, you would never be 2HKOd from 50% by the latter when you consider Leftovers. Choice Specs is more worrisome however.

You would still need to keep Stealth Rock off the field though.

This meant putting in a spinner. So I started to think about Claydol, however, you are rather Water-weak already. I eventually settled for Tentacruel, with Rapid Spin and Surf. (Again, working well with Moltres, going to Moltres on Choiced Ground-type moves for free Roosting). You can use the standard support set or RestTalk with Rapid Spin, as long as you keep the rocks off the field! Also watch out for the likes of Tyranitar Pursuiting you if the sun is out, for you won't be doing much with Surf.

This leaves you with a team of Infernape / Tangrowth / Exeggutor / Heatran / Moltres / Tentacruel. Also, I would use Explosion over Sunny Day on Exeggutor as it is great to go out with a bang and bring in something else to sweep. I would also be very tempted to run HP Ice on Exeggutor or Tangrowth instead of one of the HP Fires. Finally, consider 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe Tangrowth with Life Orb. Although you may not want to use Sunny Day (though I would keep it, you don't want to rely solely on Moltres / Exeggutor). Something like Sunny Day / HP Ice or Fire / Solarbeam / Synthesis or Sleep Powder would work wonders with Life Orb, hitting things like standard Offensive Gyarados for 71.35% - 84.24%, or if Tyranitar comes in to ruin the day with Sandstream, you will hit it for 123.27% - 145.54% the turn after. However, you are seriously minimising your defensive capabilities, and it will be harder to set up Sunny Day.

Even with Light Screen? I doubt it. Also a Paralyzed Skymin or ScarfTran is a useless Skymin or ScarfTran

A wall weak to Stealth Rock is always a bad idea. A 4x weak is just a lot worse

How is that going to help me when I need a fast switch to Moltres and Stealth Rock is down?

Life Orb on what's supposed to be A sturdy Pokémon?

Sandstorm halves SolarBeam's power, and also raises Tyranitar's Special Defense, so...
Note that your suggestions aren't too bad. I just don't see them working

Ok so, you have Light Screen on Cresselia for Heatran, you set up the Light Screen, and then...what happens? You can switch in Scizor, it's not surviving a Fire Blast from Heatran any time soon, and so can't Infernape. Cresselia, literally is just sitting there, doing nothing, not even countering what it's supposed to be "countering", and no, a paralyzed Heatran is still useful still paralyzed in this story, because you have nothing against it. You should probably replace Cresselia with something that can and will actually counter Heatran, something like Vaporeon. Vaporeon probably isn't fitting in this team, but it help you against Heatran, and have a solid switch into Gyarados, and be a Wish Passer, and absorobs Water-moves for the team, so you don't have to worry about water pokemon in general, this will probably be the best thing to do here. You should probably consider SD on Scizor, healing won't be a problem anymore with Vaporeon, so you need to hit harder on the physical side, which this team lacks.

This isn't a complete rate, I just wanted to get the Heatran thing straight.

You do realise that most Shaymin-S are running Substitute? Even more making Cresselia more useless..Then you have to switch in X and face it from behind a Substitute..
