There's no real "standard" convention on whether to capitalise both parts of hyphenated words in title case or only the first part, but in my book it makes no sense to capitalise both parts of "all-out" but only the first part of "Fighting-types"; we should be consistent, so in headers it should be either "All-Out" and "Fighting-Types" or "All-out" and "Fighting-types". Since "Fighting-Types" sure as hell is considered wrong across this site, it doesn't make much sense to make it "All-Out" as far as I can tell :x
