Our favourite crab is back!

Abilities
Hyper Cutter: Kingler's Attack cannot be lowered. (Self-induced drops are still applied)
Shell Armor: Kingler cannot recieve Critical Hits.
Encourage (Dream World): Attacks which have a secondary effect on the opponent that is less than 100% have their BP increased by 30%, and removes the secondary effect. Life Orb recoil is ignored on said moves only, but the power boost is still applied.
Our good friend Kingler has constantly been in competition with our lobstery friend Crawdaunt ever since 3rd Gen- While Kingler was ever so more defensive and had fewer weaknesses Crawdaunt had a delicious Dark STAB and resistances to Psychic/Ghost/Dark attacks, but additional weaknesses to Bug and Fighting attacks. 4th Gen differentiated them furthur by giving Crawdaunt Dragon Dance while Kingler got Agility.
5th gen? The big difference lies in their abilities; Crawdaunt got the amazing Adaptability, while Kingler got the just-as-amazing Encourage.
Crawdaunt would seem to have the advantage at first- he's got better type coverage and overall better damage against neutral targets thanks to Adaptability's stronger boost, while also retaining their useful effects like defense lowering or increased critical hits. Dragon Dance is also an amazing move, and Crawdaunt is actually able to make some use of special attacks.
That said, Kingler is still better for taking hits and sending them back, thanks to a much better Defense stat and the ability to use Life Orb more effectively. Kingler also gets more power on Rock Slide. Agility and a better Speed also allows our crab to outspeed enemies that Crawdaunt after a Dragon Dance.
Set Ideas
LOCrab+Agility/Swords Dance
252Atk, 252Spd, 4 HP
Jolly/Encourage
Life Orb
~Crabhammer
~Rock Slide
~X-Scissor
~Return/Brick Break/Agility/Swords Dance/Claw Sharpen
A very standard 4 attacks set. Crabhammer and Rock Slide are your staples, since Crabhammer is strong and Rock Slide ignores the LO recoil. X-Scissor hits a few notable Grass-types, like Torterra and Tangrowth, harder than the first two moves. Return hits Poliwrath, Breloom and their Water/Fighting and Grass/Fighting legendary friends harder, but has little use otherwise, while Brick Break hits Empoleon and Nattorei harder. Agility and Swords Dance are excellent boosting moves, depending on whether you want Kingler to have a fearsome 546 Speed or over 700 Attack. Kingler's moderate 75 Speed allows him to still outspeed a few threats, so he's okay with running Swords Dance sometimes, unlike Crawdaunt who runs a larger risk using it.
Claw Sharpen is an interesting new boosting move for Kingler. While the boost isn't as great as Swords Dance, it also ensures Crabhammer and Rock Slide get practically perfect accuracy, thus removing the chance of an untimely 10% miss.
Crabail
252Atk, 252Spd, 4HP
Adamant/Jolly
Hyper Cutter
Salac Berry/Liechi Berry
~Flail
~Crabhammer
~Endure/Substitute
~Swords Dance/Agility
Kingler's main boast over other users of Flail/Reversal is that he can choose to boost either his speed or attack to sky-high levels, instead of having to rely on pinch berries for either stat.
Obviously, you should pair the corresponding nature and item with the attack. Swords Dance should use Salac Berry while Liechi Berry users should be running Agility. You should be using Hyper Cutter here, since Encourage is useless and Hyper Cutter prevents opponents with Intimidate from coming in to ruin your fun. Unforunately, Kingler is still vulnerable to priority.

Krusty the Krab is ready to rip through your opponents like he's looking for money through their wallets. There's very little explaination, at any rate. Send Kingler in and pound their faces to oblivion!
Any more suggestions for movesets or spreads, as well as comments on Kingler will be noted!
