Voting phase is over! The next challenger for the defending champ Toadow is Serene Grace! The rules for the battling phase can be found on the OP, and examples can be found on my previous posts throughout the thread! The time limit for this is September 26, 2018 around this time. If there is anything I should know such as questions regarding the rules or extensions and that matter please contact me ASAP, preferably on smogon or discord. Good luck to both players!
