:sv/munchlax:Balanced Hackmons Little Cup:sv/munchlax:

In this metagame, Pokemon that hasn't evolved yet and is at first stage can use nearly anything possible that you can battle with in a local battle. Balanced Hackmons uses National Dex of Pokemon, thus pokemon that are unobtainable in the base game such as Abra and Tangela are usable here. Even first-stage pokemon that are unobtainable at Level 5 such as Poipole and Kubfu are usable too.

:sv/treecko::sv/shroodle:
The sweeping prowess of Swords Dance and STAB Acrobatics that these two had might be too much for this tier, and it doesn't help that both of them have Unburden, which makes revenge killing impossible and Grookey, while less threatening than last gen due to Grassy Glide nerf, is still enabling these two. Shroodle hits harder and has Knock Off, while Treecko has better longevity and Steel Matchups with Drain Punch.

LC STABmons uses Sleep Clause, not Sleep Move Clause, because I followed LC more than STABmons, so you can only put one mon to sleep with this move. However, its RNG might still be annoying, so I'll keep an eye for it.
:sv/greavard:
This is a lower priority on the watchlist and I honestly think its not that super broken, but I'm only putting this in case someone brought up Rage Fist, and yes, it is legal here. but why? Because all the Ghost-types in this tier (except Greavard) suffered from only having middling to average bulk, a near-lack of useful resistances (not immunity), and a crippling weakness to Knock Off, they just take too much damage when attempting to stack up boost, and its hard trying to tank 2 strong neutral hits with them. This leaves Greavard, which is far more tankier than other Ghost-types thanks to Fluffy, the only viable user of Rage Fist, thus targeting Greavard and not the move. But Greavard itself is not immediately broken and is held back by a couple of flaws. While Fluffy negates its Knock Off weakness to the point you can get a free boost off of Mienfoo(its Knock Off doesn't even 4HKO Greavard), it still kind of wants its Eviolite intact in order to not get easily overwhelmed by constant offensive pressure. Greavard is also very slow, only outspeeding Foongus and gets outsped by almost everything else, it is quite common to see it getting outsped by your opponent's 5 mons on their team and its even worse if you're attempting to clean late-game with it. On top of this, Greavard doesn't have a reliable recovery outside of RestTalk. It also doesn't have a set-up move (unless you count Post-Tera Curse, which Greavard is already strapped on moveslot), making it reliant on raw power of the accumulated boost from Rage Fist.
:sv/corphish::sv/slowpoke:
This was originally Slowpoke, because a Belly Drum into +6 Jet Punch is ridiculous enough to put this on the watchlist, and it is comparable to Zigzagoon, but I decided to changed it to Jet Punch instead due to another abuser in Corphish, whose Life Orb Adaptability Jet Punch can outright delete some frail mons.
:sv/snover:
This is moreso linked to Natdex LC's move ban and Gen7LC's apix ban. Despite its low speed and multiple type weaknesses, Snover can still find ways to get Veils up thanks to the Snow's Defense boost, which allowed it to withstand even some super-effective hits such as Mienfoo's High Jump Kick, Pawniard's Sunsteel Strike, Vullaby's Dragon Ascent, and Stunky's Gunk Shot/Temper Flare from full if given maximum hp and defense ev investment. This one is tricky because I couldn't do an Aurora Veil ban due to Snover being the only user. Yes, Alolan Vulpix got banned due to Aurora Veil, but it is a native user of the move unlike Snover. I couldn't do a full ban of the move because one is a native user and the other gained it from STAB mechanic, so I decided to just target Snover instead of the move for now.
This might be my most difficult decision, because I've been a No Ban guy when it comes to Tera. Using Tera to answer a threat defensively (Mudbray going Tera Water to beat Shellder or Rain Team) will always be healthy no matter how you try portraying this specific trait as broken. This is still worth keeping an eye out, however, and potential ban on the mechanic is still being considered. Its brokenness lies with using this mechanic offensively, especially with STABmons granting pokemon an even stronger move as well as some set-up moves.
Somehow I forgot about this move, but this is second to Wingull when it comes to being banworthy. The snowball potential of the move might be too much and it also doesn't help that Fire-resist in LC is still scarce and limited.
:sv/wingull:
High-priority to get banned. Wingull is usually held back by its low accuracy from Hurricane and, to some extent, Hydro Pump. However, STABmons gave this mon a much more accurate STAB move in Aeroblast and Steam Eruption. Wingull is already difficult to switch into defensively because Water/Flying combo is only resisted by Chinchou, and hits a great portion of bulkier mon for super-effective damage, including Mienfoo, Foongus, and Mudbray. 19 Speed is also much scarcer due to absence of Abra, Ponyta, and Staryu, which makes its own 19 Speed much more threatening.
:sv/zorua-hisui:
I'm only bringing this up due to Specs Boomburst, which I still called "a troll set". Normally, Specs is a pretty bad item due to Life Orb giving as much power but with the ability to switch move. However, Hisuian Zorua gets away with running Specs due to Illusion, and unlike Life Orb, it doesn't lose HP, which can be vital in its guessing game. The surprise KO from Specs Boomburst might be too much for this tier, most notoriously on Turn 1, where Hisuian Zorua can disguise itself as a Mienfoo on the common Mienfoo mirrors occurring there, and can easily punish Fake Out, which Mienfoo almost always used on its very first turn of the game.

bhlc initial thoughts (note: i have never played a single game of lc before)

- abra is probably broken, its one of the fastest AND strongest mons while not being held back by its moveset. other similarly fast mons like elekid diglett-a ponyta etc etc just doesnt have as much power

- strength sap is really really good because of level 5 stats

- mixed attackers in general get a huge power boost since you can just run the highest power coverage moves available. notable guys are like the ponytas archen carvanha zorua-h etc

https://pokepast.es/7b8b33d7a4f3bcde heres a quick team i threw together (again i have never played lc before so i'm not really familiar with whats usually good)

Oh, we're talking about LCBH?

:munchlax::wailmer::voltorb-hisui::carvanha::ferroseed::gligar: Mini AshGren Fat
This team is built around the insane breaking power of Sniper Carvanha to shatter defensive cores with the help of entry hazards from Ferroseed and Voltorb. Gligar is a really strong Mortal Spin user that mimicks FC Groudon from PFD G9BH, using Parting Shot to round out the set, while Munchlax can act as a backup hazard remover that also can take over games if given the opportunity. Since Knock Off is incredibly potent and this team has a lot of bulk, a Sticky Hold user is necessary; hence Sticky Hold Voltorb, which not only can answer Imposter Carvanha decently well but also switch into almost every Knock Off user in the tier. Wailmer is the team's Imposter user since Munchlax is the dedicated special wall.

Honestly, the biggest thing with LCBH is having a Knock Off answer. Sticky Hold is a really strong ability for this, although you do have to be able to answer the Knock Off users in the first place. Carvanha also feels like the strongest Pokemon in the tier, not Abra, since Surging Strikes and Wicked Blow are both incredibly busted in this format. I don't think any Pokemon can actually switch into it, and would imagine the likes of Stunky, Wiglett, and Kabuto would be much healthier.
