LC LC Spring Seasonal III - Round 4

i guess im calling "act"? this isnt something i usually do but, we had scheduled for lcpl and went under the joint assumption that we'd play this same time. i think i have grounds for act with the paired scheduling -- he didnt respond for 72 hrs, which i recall being important (to the minute, even) somewhere else, and didnt come on sunday night after not having given a true time. sorry about this :/
Deadline.
The extent of the contact I have between the two of you is you reaching out on Monday to say "lcpl im east pref weekends". While you say you assumed that you'd play at the same time for seasonal I really can't accept an assumption as grounds for an activity win - there's a pretty good chance that ZoroDark might not want to play at least 3 and possibly 4 games in a row with you. If you had indicated in any way in that contact that the intent was to schedule both LCPL and Seasonal then you might have grounds for an activity win, but as it stands I have to deny this.
