Introduction
Hello Smogon Community. AirSquared here with my first Uber team. I wanted to take a break from the standard tier and try something new. So I began my research by watching countless Uber battles on Shoddy and reading the Ubers Battling guide on Smogon as well as several Uber RMTs. Soon after, this team was born. This team is about 1-2 years old, so it has won plenty of battles as well as lost some. Currently this team is not doing so well now and I kinda want it to attack more on the special side, so I hope to remedy this by seeking your help. The main task of this team is to ensure that Kingdra can abuse the rain and stat-up with Dragon Dance in order to sweep late-game.

Kyogre @ Lum Berry
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP/252 SpA/4 Def (30 Spe IV)
Modest nature (+SpA, -Atk)
~Thunder Wave
~Surf
~Ice Beam
~Thunder
T-Wave Kyogre has and continues to serve this team well as a lead. It sets up an eternal rainstorm that Kingdra can take full advantage of. At the same time, it can cripple opposing leads with Thunder Wave. Kyogre has a speed IV of 30, so it is slower than Lead Groudon, but it can still manage to get the rain up. I maxxed out Kyogre's health and special attack EVs to get as much bulk and power as possible. Kyogre is equipped with a lum berry so that it can absorb any status. Should a lead Darkrai put Kyogre to sleep with Dark Void, the lum berry will heal Kyogre of its status and Kyogre can then OHKO Darkrai with a rain-boosted Surf. Ice Beam is there to take care of Shaymin-S, Groudon, and the countless dragons in the Uber tier such as Rayquaza, Garchomp, Latias, and Latios. Thunder is for opposing Kyogres.

Kingdra @ Life Orb

Kingdra is the late-game sweeper and the core of this team. Kingdra does not have the stats of the dragons in the Ubers tier such as Palkia or Rayquaza. However, it does have one advantage that makes it stand out: Swift Swim. The 76 Speed EVs give Kingdra a speed stat of 225. In the rain, Kingdra's speed is then doubled to 450. Kingdra outspeeds almost every pokemon in the Ubers tier except such pokemon as RP Groudon, Deoxys-S, Scarf Palkia, and Scarf Garchomp. Once Kingdra manages to get up a Dragon Dance, that speed stat of 450 would increase to a speed stat of 675! I split the remaining EVs between attack and special attack in order to give Kingdra more power as well as to make it a more efficient wallbreaker.
Dragon Dance gives Kingdra the attack and speed boosts that it need so that it can begin a sweep. Waterfall is Kingdra's main STAB move as well as its primary form of attack. It gets a nice power boost in the rain. Outrage works well with Waterfall, allowing Kingdra near perfect type coverage. Draco Meteor fills the last slot and deals plenty of damage to any switch-in that attempts to stop Kingdra's sweep or change the weather such as Groudon.

Latias @ Soul Dew
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 112 HP/204 SpA/192 Spe
Timid nature (+Spe, -Atk)
~Calm Mind
~Dragon Pulse

Wobbuffet is a great team supporter. There is an abundance of Choice Scarfers in the Ubers tier, but Wobbuffet can trap them with Shadow Tag and KO them with either Counter or Mirror Coat. In addition, Wobbuffet can set up a sweep for its teammates. It can encore on a stat-boost move or an attack that deals minimal damage to Kingdra. From there, I can switch to Kingdra and get a free Dragon Dance. Moreover Wobbuffet can trap walls such as Blissey and Lugia, encore a status move or any other move that does not inflict much damage, and weaken their defense with Tickle. Scizor can then switch in and use Pursuit for the OHKO.

Scizor @ Life Orb

Adamant nature (+Atk, -SpA)

Scizor is just a good revenge killer. This EV spread allows Scizor a balance of both offense and defense. It can manage to switch into the barrage of Dark Pulses from Darkrai as well as Outrage/Dragon Claw from Rayquaza and Dragon Pulses from Latias and Latios. From there, Scizor can either hit the Lati@s twins back with U-Turn or a Technician-powered Pursuit, whittle down Rayquaza's health with Bullet Punch, or OHKO Darkrai with U-Turn. In addition, Scizor can OHKO Lugia and Blissey with Pursuit after Wobbuffet uses Tickle on on them 4-6 times. Roost restores Scizor's health so that it can continue what it needs to do throughout the battle.

Dialga @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SpA/252 Spe
Hasty nature (+Spe, -Def)
~Stealth Rock
~Draco Meteor
~Thunder
~Outrage
Forretress sets up Stealth Rock so that Kingdra and my other sweepers can get the definitive OHKOs or 2HKOs. Another benefit for having Forretress is that he can spin away any entry hazards that have been set up by opposing pokemon. This guarantees that Garchomp can live a +2 Extremespeed from SD Rayquaza. If my options are limited, like say a Rayquaza sets up a Swords Dance or 2 on Forretress, I'll have Forretress use Explosion to KO or inflict massive damage on that sweeper.

EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe

Garchomp is an awesome revenge killer and usually gets the job done. He can outrun almost every Dragon-type Pokemon in the Ubers tier. When I was building this team, I found at that I had a huge SD Rayquaza weakness. I tried Scarf Palkia, but it was usually OHKOed by a +2 ExtremeSpeed. Then I tried ScarfChomp and it worked wonders for the team. Garchomp usually survives a +2 ExtremeSpeed from Rayquaza and OHKOs Outrage and Dragon Claw, the latter assuming Stealth Rock is in play. Furthermore, Garchomp has an immunity to Electric-type moves, so he can easily switch into any Thunder attack directed at Kyogre. STAB Earthquake provides decent coverage and helps Garchomp to get rid of Dialga and other Steel-types. Stone Edge OHKOs Ho-Oh and 2HKOs Lugia when Stealth Rock is in play.
Any good and detailed advice is appreciated. The threat list will be finished soon. Thank you for taking the time to read this RMT.
