[OVERVIEW]
Lickilicky is one of ZeroUsed's most influential and necessary stall Pokemon. Thanks to its ability Oblivious, Lickilicky is immune to one of the best ways to shut down stall: Taunt. This allows Lickilicky to pressure Pokemon like Vigoroth, Oricorio-E, and Floatzel with Toxic. Lickilicky also has access to Wish to heal itself and its teammates, which, along with its great HP and good Special Defense, allows it to be the bulkiest Wish passer in the tier. It also has access to Heal Bell, which allows Lickilicky to remove status conditions from its crippled teammates while removing status conditions that would otherwise detract from Lickilicky's own bulk. However, its passivity means Lickilicky has issues against Substitute users and Z-Move sweepers, which is why it only fits on stall and semi-stall teams. It is also forced out by certain U-turn users that threaten its weaker Defense, such as Silvally-Fighting and Choice Band Komala, and is very vulnerable to stallbreakers, such as Duosion, Lapras, and Regigigas.

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

Wish gives Lickilicky and its teammates a semi-reliable form of recovery. Protect scouts the foe's moveset, gets a free turn to heal with Wish, takes advantage of Toxic, and weakens damage from powerful Z-Moves. Toxic is needed to break down bulky Pokemon and wear down foes for stall. Heal Bell cures Lickilicky and its teammates of status. Seismic Toss can be used instead of Toxic or Heal Bell to get chip damage on Pokemon immune to Toxic like Bronzor, Komala, and Mareanie. It also allows Lickilicky to break Substitutes. However, using this move requires Lickilicky to forfeit the ability to either threaten rival stall teams or heal itself and its teammates of status conditions.

Set Details
========

Oblivious gives Lickilicky an immunity to Taunt, meaning it is not forced to run attacks. It also allows Lickilicky to use Toxic against stallbreakers that rely on Taunt, such as Floatzel, Vigoroth, and all Oricorio formes. 248 HP is preferred over 252 HP so that Lickilicky takes less damage from status and entry hazards and to maximize Wish recovery.

Usage Tips
========

Lickilicky's Oblivious ability allows it to come in against and pressure common users of Taunt, such as Vigoroth and Oricorio-E. Lickilicky's naturally high Special Defense means it can easily come in on special attackers such as Kadabra, Silvally-Water, and Zebstrika. From there, it can proceed to use Wish. Protect is vital for scouting what set the foe uses, healing Lickilicky with Wish, and racking up poison damage. Lickilicky can also use Protect to weaken the damage of Z-Moves from the likes of Raichu and Simisear and heal off the damage with Wish. Lickilicky should be cautious around Choice item users with Switcheroo or Trick. Be wary about repeatedly using Heal Bell because it only has 8 PP.

Team Options
========

Lickilicky has problems with setup sweepers; therefore, Pokemon that can stop them, such as Pyukumuku and Mareanie, are good options for teammates. Lickilicky's ability to heal its team with Wish is appreciated by other Pokemon that lack reliable recovery such as Bronzor, Silvally-Ground, and Golem. Ghost-types such as Gougeist-XL and Dusclops make good partners for Lickilicky, thanks to their immunity to Fighting-type moves. Pokemon like Silvally-Ground, Silvally-Water, and Z-Move Pyukumuku are immune to Trick, which cripples Lickilicky. Entry hazard removers, such as Komala and Altaria, are also good teammates for Lickilicky. These two Pokemon also double as status absorbers for Lickilicky thanks to their abilities, and Altaria's own Heal Bell allows Lickilicky to run other options in its moveset.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Normalium Z is a nice alternative to Leftovers to make Lickilicky immune to Trick from Pokemon like Rotom-F, which Pyukumuku cannot beat, and also potentially fully restore its health with Z-Heal Bell. However, this means Lickilicky misses out on the passive recovery from Leftovers. Knock Off is an option on the main set to provide further support for its team by removing the foe's item, hitting Pokemon such as Bronzor, Misdreavus, and Dusclops. However, using Knock Off means Lickilicky is even more vulnerable to Substitute users and setup sweepers because of how weak the move is. Dragon Tail is a decent option for Lickilicky to phaze setup sweepers such as Vigoroth, and it also allows Lickilicky to rack up entry hazard damage and spread status. Dragon Tail's utility is generally inferior to that of Seismic Toss or Toxic due to being relatively weak. Encore allows Lickilicky to lock opposing Pokemon into unfavorable moves, thereby forcing them out as well as keep itself from being setup fodder. An offensive set with an Adamant nature, 176 HP / 252 Atk / 84 Spe EV spread, and a moveset of Swords Dance or Z-Belly Drum, Return, Knock Off, and Earthquake is plausible. However, Lickilicky is outclassed offensively by other Normal-type Pokemon like Komala, Kecleon, and Bouffalant.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Wallbreakers**: Pokemon such as Floatzel, Monferno, Shiftry, and Toucannon target Lickilicky's weaker Defense stat, forcing it to switch out. Offensive Komala in particular threatens Lickilicky, since it is immune to Toxic and can break through its poor Defense stat. Setup Pokemon that use a Z-Crystal such as Raichu, Simisear, and Chatot can set up using Nasty Plot and potentially threaten Lickilicky by using powerful Z-Moves.

**Stallbreakers**: Regigigas can stall out Lickilicky by outspeeding it and using Substitute. It can also threaten Lickilicky out by using Return or removing its item with Knock Off. Duosion is immune to Toxic thanks to Magic Guard, allowing it to set up and heal off the damage done by Seismic Toss with Recover. Trappers such as Misdreavus, Lapras, and Politoed can trap Lickilicky using Whirlpool or Mean Look, use Perish Song, and then proceed to stall it out.

**Fighting-type Pokemon**: Pokemon such as Silvally-Fighting, Monferno, and Machoke easily come in on Lickilicky and can either set up in front of it, hit it hard with super effective moves, or pivot out.

[OVERVIEW]

  • Lickilicky is one of ZeroUsed's most solid Wish passers thanks to its great HP and good Special Defense allowing it to pass the largest Wishes in the tier against most special attackers.
  • Lickilicky's niche is further solidified thanks to its Oblivious ability making it immune to Taunt and Heal Bell making it semi-immune to status conditions.
  • Lickilicky's biggest fault is that it is extremely passive, meaning it is easily overwhelmed by entry hazards, setup sweepers, Trick users, and Z-move users. the notion that licky is passive is overstated, as the prospect of an untauntable toxic, seismic toss, and knock off makes it accomplish a lot more than other stall mons. also, trick users are annoying to switch into, but they aren't super consistent as answers given that Protect can scout. Lickilicky's passiveness as a flaw most prominently comes into play against Substitute users and the aforemention z-move sweepers
  • The other main flaw that wasn't touched upon is how it is forced out by certain momentum users that can threaten it like Cross Chop Electivire, Fightvally, and Banded Komala.
  • This is why players tend to look at using Komala as a Wish passer instead because it is completely immune to status conditions without using a moveslot and it has a stronger offensive presence. there are things that need patching up in terms of how komala's comparison is depicted. first, it's less about its stronger offensive presence (most wish sets don't even take advantage of that aspect bar bulk up sets, otherwise it's just using knock off, toxic, or u-turn) and more about it fitting into other playstyles better due to comatose basically freeing up slots for more support/use outside of being a spdef tank and said support (spin, momentum, etc) being catered more towards more playstyles. licky is still the preferred pick for stall, though.
You've got a good baseline of what to cover so far, but it would be much better to structure this overview in a way that more prominently depicts how Lickilicky is among the most influential and necessary components for stall builds (and how Oblivious comes so hugely into play of this), rather than just the basic strengths and weaknesses.

[SET]
name: Wishy Licky
move 1: Wish
move 2: Protect
move 3: Toxic / Seismic Toss
move 4: Heal Bell / Seismic Toss (both slots are interchangeable due to stall having more than one viable heal bell user aka Altaria. Being able to run both this and Toxic is nice and possible as a result)
item: Leftovers
ability: Oblivious
nature: Calm
evs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

  • Wish gives Lickilicky and its teammates a reliable form of recovery.
  • Protect scouts the opponents moveset, gets a free turn to heal with Wish, and abuses Toxic.
  • Toxic is needed to break down bulkier Pokemon like Golem, Gougeist-XL, and Pyukumuku.
  • Seismic Toss can be used instead of Toxic to get chip damage on Pokemon immune to Toxic like Bronzor, Komala, and Mareanie at the cost of being able to cripple Ghost-types like Gourgeist XL, Misdreavus, or Dusclops. it's mainly for the sub users, komala, and the z-users with a lack of recovery. mentioning ghost types is irrelevant since you'd toxic them anyway if you can help it
  • Heal Bell cures Lickilicky and its teammates of status ailments like Toxic.

Set Details
========

  • Maximum HP and Special Defense with a Calm Nature allows Lickilicky to survive hits from common special attackers like Chatot, Kadabra, and Zebstrika. this is considered fluff and thus should be removed, it's pretty self-explanatory and is better explained elsewhere
  • Leftovers provides a little extra recovery for Lickilicky every turn. fluff
  • Oblivious makes Lickilicky immune to Taunt users such as Kadabra and Misdreavus.
Mainly just talk about Oblivious, as that's the only real complex part about this section. Talk about how it allows it to use Toxic to cripple any Taunt user that would otherwise pressure barring Kadabra, which it can beat 1v1 anyways. Misdreavus isn't too relevant to mention but stuff like Vigoroth, Oricorios, Floatzel, etc. work better.

Usage Tips
========

  • Lickilicky is best used against special attackers, then it can begin setting up with Wish.
  • Lickilicky can also come in against a oredicted Taunt against common users like Kadabra or Misdreavus.
  • Lickilicky makes a good pivot against Choice-locked special Pokemon or Life Orb users so that it can chip the opponent away by either Life Orb recoil or its own Toxic by using Protect before it switches out.
  • When facing a Choice-locked Pokemon such as Floatzel or Mr. Mime, be careful of Switcheroo or Trick.
  • If the opponent is a Z-move user, Lickilicky can use Protect to weaken the damage of the opponent's Z-move, then it can heal off the damage with Wish. This bullet point and the point about watching out for Trick users can be lumped together seeing as how Protect can be useful in scouting/addressing both scenarios.
  • Do not let Lickilicky stay in against physical attacking Pokemon like Golem, Electivire, or Pinsir.
  • Be cautious about repeatedly using Heal Bell because it only has 8 PP.
a lot of these points are frankly self-explanatory, and the only thing that really merits a highlight mention is Oblivion's utility and what it allows it to check, Protect's use in scouting certain forms of counterplay, giving the playing situations when it should pass its wish vs when it should use it for itself, and how it should respond to various checks on the switch (whether it's Wishing up and passing out to a teammate or Toxicing)

Team Options
========

  • As a cleric, Lickilicky does not need a team built around it. Rather, it is used to support its teammates.
  • Lickilicky's Wishes are appreciated by weakened Pokemon that lack recovery such as Golem, Komala, Silvally forms, and Bronzor.
  • Pokemon that do not like being burned or poisoned such as Pinsir, Kecleon, or Gourgeist-XL appreciate Lickililicky's Heal Bell.
  • Entry hazard clearers like Silvally-Water, Komala, and Shiftry help remove hazards, making Lickilicky's job much easier.
  • Partners that can clean up Ghost- and Steel-type Pokemon like Silvally-Ground, Shiftry, and Combusken also help Lickiliky perform better. Probopass is worth a mention thanks to its ability to trap Steel-type Pokemon with Magnet Pull and reliably get rid of them with Earth Power.
  • Trappers such as Pyukumuku, Probopass, and Lapras can potentially trap and dispose of Pokemon that give Lickilicky trouble. Pyukumuku in particular is an excellent partner for Lickilicky thanks to shutting down setup sweepers by using Block and its Unaware ability.
the other major stall components (pyukumuku, gourgeist-super, altaria, bronzor) should be at the forefront of this section, since stall is predominantly (and arguably only) lickilicky's turf. other than that, side mentions like komala (another status absorber than can dual wish pass+have its own set of support), various silvally formes with defensive utility (all are trick-proof and stuff like ground, water, and poison are notable), defensive golem, mareanie, maybe shedinja, etc. are also good options to partner in those types of teams. most everything else is kind of just oddly thrown in since mons like shiftry don't really fit in those archetypes at all.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

  • Knock Off is an option on the main set to provide further support for its team and allows it to hit Ghost-type Pokemon like Misdreavus or Dusclops for super effective damage. Lickilicky's uninvested offensive output is poor and this requires it to give up using Toxic, Seismic Toss, or Heal Bell.
  • Encore is another option to trap setup sweepers like Pinsir or Monferno, or have defensive Pokemon like Komala, Altaria, or Golem locked into a non-damaging or weak attacking move to allow a teammate to potentially wall the opponent or lets it start setting up a sweep. This option is inferior to the utility of its other moves, however.
  • An offensive set utilizing Swords Dance or Belly Drum with an Adamant Nature, 176 HP / 252 Atk / 84 Spe EV spread, Normalium Z, and a moveset of Swords Dance / Belly Drum, Return, Knock Off, and Earthquake is plausible. However, Lickilikicky is outclassed offensively by other Normal-type Pokemon like Komala, Kecleon, or Bouffalant due to thier better speed tiers, stronger firepower, or better abilities to assist them.
  • normalium z can also be used on standard set to give stall a trick-proof z user that switches in on rotom-fan, which pyukumuku can't do. z-heal bell is also a decent tech too.
  • Dragon Tail is notable too
put z-heal bell, knock off, dtail, and encore at the top, and offensive sets in the bottom as that's the proper way to order them in terms of overall usefulness

Checks and Counters
===================

**Komala** Komala is immune to Toxic thanks to its Comatose ability and easily overpowers Lickilicky by setting up with Swords Dance or hitting it hard with Choice Band powered moves.

**Fighting-type Pokemon** Pokemon such as Silvally-Fighting, Monferno, and Machoke easily come in on Lickilicky and can either set up in front of it or hit it hard with super effective moves.

**Ghost-, Poison-, and Steel-type Pokemon** Ghost-type Pokemon such as Gourgeist-XL, Misdreavus, or Dusclops give Lickilicky problems if it is carrying Seismic Toss, but need to be careful about switching into Toxic. Steel- and Poison-type Pokemon Like Bronzor, Muk, and Probopass are a bigger issue if Lickilicky uses Toxic as they easily come in and stop Lickilicky.

**Trick users** Trick is the easiest way to cripple Lickilicky. Pokemon like Floatzel and Mr. Mime swap their items with Trick or Switcheroo and can easily muscle through it.

**Physically offensive Pokemon** Pokemon such as Silvally-Fighting, Pinsir, and Electivire target Lickilicky's weaker defensive stats and hit it hard for super-effective damage. Pokemon such as Floatzel, Komala, and Monferno easily overpower it using either their raw power or powered up Z moves.

Physical Wallbreakers, Fighting-types, Z-move Breakers/Stallbreakers (Raichu, Simis, Chatot, Regigigas, Duosion, Lapras/Politoed etc.) are an optimal way to order this. Komala doesn't really merit a distinction since its offensive sets are 3HKOed by Seismic Toss and they beat Lickilicky by virtue of breaking through its uninvested Defense, so I would lump it in the Physical threats or Stallbreaker section. The issue with the Ghost-, Poison-, and Steel-type Pokemon section is that these Pokemon for the most part don't stop Lickilicky from doing its job in most situations. You could make the argument that Mareanie could be somewhere due to Toxic Spikes as well as a decent anti-Altaria Defog MU due to running Toxic viably on the same set but other than that I'm not seeing the need to keep that section.

QC 1/3 once this is implemented. Good info otherwise.

EDIT: Be sure to retweak the EV spread to 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpDef btw. this is because Lickilicky's Max HP is divisible by 8, meaning that 248 HP means you take less damage overall from hazards and status.

[OVERVIEW]

  • In spite of its incredibly stupid name, Lickilicky is one of ZeroUsed's most influential and necessary stall Pokemon thanks to its ability Oblivious, which makes Lickilicky immune to one of the best ways to shut down stall: Taunt. It's this trait that allows Lickilicky to pressure Pokemon like Vigoroth, Oricorio-Pom-Pom, and Floatzel with Toxic or begin setting up Wishes for its teammates. (Pass wishes, not begin to set up wishes. Also, I'd say silly or comical rather than incredibly stupid.)
  • Lickilicky also has access to Wish along with its great HP and good Special Defense, allowing it to pass the largest Wishes in the tier, and Heal Bell to further aid its cleric role, healing its teammates and making Lickilicky semi-immune to status conditions. (The part about the largest wishes isn't true. Wigglytuff passes bigger wishes, it's just that Lickilicky's defenses and access to oblivious outclass Wigglytuff. Lickilicky is the bulkiest wish passer in ZU, specifically. I'd also reword this portion to say that Heal Bell allows Lickilicky to remove status conditions from crippled teammates while also helping Lickilicky to preserve itself by removing status conditions that would otherwise detract from its bulk.)
  • However, its passivity means Lickilicky has issues against Substitute users and Z-Move sweepers, which is why it really only fits on stall teams. (This is a nitpick, but semi-stall is also a place that Lickilicky excels.)
  • It is also forced out by certain momentum users that threaten its weaker Defense such as Cross Chop Electivire, Silvally-Fighting, and Choice Band Komala. (Only physically biased orb variants of Electivire, generally. Scarf can be PP stalled with ease.)
  • Lickilicky may be immune to Taunt, but it can have trouble breaking through stallbreakers such as Duosion, Lapras, and Regigigas. (Licki doesn't really break through most things, it's more that those examples prey on Lickilicky's inability to harm them in order to stall builds. It would be better to say that Lickilicky is vulnerable to the stallbreaking sets of those examples.)

[SET]

Moves
========

  • Wish gives Lickilicky and its teammates a reliable form of recovery.
  • Protect scouts the opponent's moveset, gets a free turn to heal with Wish, abuses Toxic, and weakens damage from powerful Z-moves.
  • Toxic is needed to break down bulkier Pokemon like Golem, Gougeist-XL, and Pyukumuku. (Toxic also allows stall teams to wear down opponents in general, so specifying just bulkier Pokemon doesn't make a whole lot of sense.)
  • Heal Bell cures Lickilicky and its teammates of status ailments like Toxic. (Toxic isn't a status, so you would either need to refer to them as tammates that have been crippled by Toxic or as teammates that are badly poisoned. The former sounds better.)
  • Seismic Toss can be used instead of Toxic or Heal Bell to get chip damage on Pokemon immune to Toxic like Bronzor, Komala, and Mareanie. It also allows Lickilicky to break Substitutes and get important damage on Z-move users that lack recovery. (The part about Z-move users isn't really significant, as Toxic can give them just as much, if not more, trouble.)

Set Details
========

  • Oblivious is what makes Lickilicky one of the best stall Pokemon. It allows it to to use Toxic to cripple any Taunt user that would otherwise pressure Lickilicky such as Floatzel, Oricorio-Pom-Pom, and Vigoroth. (I'd personally like to see it mentioned that Oblivious is the reason that Lickilicky can get away with running no attacks. Also, it would probably be better to call them 'stallbreakers that rely on Taunt' rather than Taunt users.)
  • 248 HP is preferred over Maximum HP so that Lickilicky takes less damage from status and entry hazards.

Usage Tips
========

  • Lickilicky's Oblivious allows it to come in against and pressure common users of Taunt such as Floatzel, Vigoroth, and Oricorio-Pom-Pom. From there, it can proceed to set up Wish. (Lickilicky does not safely switch in on Floatzel.)
  • Protect is vital for not just scouting what set the opponent uses, but it also allows it to heal itself with Wish or rack up Toxic damage.
  • When facing a Choice-locked Pokemon such as Floatzel or Mr. Mime, be careful of Switcheroo or Trick. If the opponent is a Z-move user, Lickilicky can use Protect to weaken the damage of the opponent's Z-move, then it can heal off the damage with Wish. (The first sentence definitely needs better phrasing, as it implies that Pokemon which are already locked into a move are the threat. Instead it would be better to say that Lickilicky should be cautious of users of Choice items with Switcheroo or Trick.)
  • Lickilicky makes a good pivot against Choice-locked special Pokemon attackers or Life Orb users so that it can chip the opponent away by either Life Orb recoil or its own Toxic by using Protect before it switches out. (This section is too specific about things that are not always accurate. Choice Specs users will generally be planning to hit Lickilicky, and saying Life Orb users in general is not true because of physical and mixed attackers. It would probably be better to just remove this point.)
  • Do not let Lickilicky stay in against physical attacking Pokemon like Golem, Electivire, or Pinsir. (This isn't a good point. Golem does not force Lickilicky out without Choice Band, which Lickilicky can use Wish+Protect to scout for. Electivire's set can be scouted the same way. Pinsir does not 2hko unboosted without Close Combat, so against the SD set if Gourgeist-Super is not at full health or hazards are up then Lickilicky would be better off staying in to use Toxic.)
  • Be cautious about repeatedly using Heal Bell because it only has 8 PP.

Team Options
========

  • Since Lickilicky can have problems with setup sweepers, Pokemon that can stop them such as Pyukumuku and Mareanie are good options for teammates.
  • Lickilicky's ability to heal its team with Wish is appreciated by other Pokemon that lack recovery such as Bronzor, Silvally-Ground, and Golem. (Reliable recovery.)
  • Ghost-type Pokemon such as Gougeist-XL, Dusclops, and Shedinja make good partners for Lickilicky thanks to thier immunity to Fighting-type moves. (Please remove the mention of Shedinja, it's not relevant enough to the metagame.)
  • Pokemon like Silvally-Ground, Silvally-Water, and Z-move Pyukumuku are good teammates because they are immune to Trick, which cripples Lickilicky.
  • Status absorbers such as Komala and Altaria help make Lickilicky's job easier by allowing it to run both Toxic and Seismic Toss. (Doubling up between Komala and Licki is generally inadvisable, and Altaria allows that particular combination by having access to Heal Bell itself.)
  • Entry hazard controllers such as Komala and Altaria are also good teammates for Lickilicky. (Hazard removers.)

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

  • Normalium-Z is alternative to Leftovers to not only make Lickilicky immune to Trick users like Rotom-Fan (which Pyukumuku cannot do), but also potentially fully recover itself restore its health with Z-Heal Bell.
(Knock Off is about removing items, not damage. Bronzor is a huge target for this.)
  • Dragon Tail is a decent option for Lickilicky to phase out set up sweepers such as Vigoroth. Dragon Tail's utility is generally inferior to that of its other options. (Dragon Tail also allows Lickilicky to shuffle the opposing team around on hazards and spread status.)
(Trap is bad terminology here. It would be better to say that Encore allows Lickilicky to lock opposing Pokemon into unfavorable moves and force them out as well as keep itself from being set up fodder.)
  • An offensive set utilizing Swords Dance or Z-Belly Drum with an Adamant Nature, 176 HP / 252 Atk / 84 Spe EV spread, Normalium Z, and a moveset of Swords Dance / Belly Drum, Return, Knock Off, and Earthquake is plausible. However, Lickilikicky is outclassed offensively by other Normal-type Pokemon like Komala, Kecleon, or Bouffalant due to their better speed tiers, stronger firepower, or better abilities to assist them. (Normalium Z only applies to Belly Drum sets. It's generally obvious why Lickilicky is offensively outclassed, no need to explain.)

Checks and Counters
===================

**Physical wallbreakers** Pokemon such as Floatzel, Monferno, Shiftry, and Toucannon target Lickilicky's weaker Defense stat and force it to switch out. Offensive Komala in particular threatens Lickilicky since it is immune to Toxic and threatens to break through its uninvested Defense stat.

**Fighting-type Pokemon** Pokemon such as Silvally-Fighting, Monferno, and Machoke easily come in on Lickilicky and can either set up in front of it or hit it hard with super effective moves. (Or pivot, which is the most important part.)

**Z-move Breakers / Stallbreakers** Set up Pokemon that use a Z-Crystal such as Raichu, Simisear, and Chatot can set up using Nasty Plot, then they can potentially threaten Lickilicky by using powerful Z-moves. Regigigas can stall out Lickilicky using Substitute because it is faster, then it can threaten it out by using Return or removing its item with Knock Off. Duosion is immune to Toxic thanks to Magic Guard, then it can set up in its face and Recover the damage done by Seismic Toss. Trappers such as Misdreavus, Lapras, and Politoed can trap Lickilicky using Whirlpool or Mean Look, use Perish Song, and then proceed to stall it out.

Replace the 'physical wallbreakers' section with 'wallbreakers' in general, and put both either below or above Fighting-type Pokemon. Pokemon that rely solely on power to break through walls are wallbreakers, so something like Raichu does not belong in the stallbreaker section at all. Stallbreakers are Pokemon that beat stall through a method other than simply setting up or attacking.

Overall I think you should probably work on your terminology. You should to work on being a bit more in-line with standard Smogon terminology if you're looking to improve. Make sure to get back to me once you're done implementing so I can give it a quick look over.

Overview
  • Lickilicky's access to Wish also very notably means it can heal up itself, which is extremely important and should be mentioned.

Set

Moves
  • What are the downsides of Seismic Toss? (giving up Heal Bell/Toxic is bad, but why?)
Usage Tips
  • Special attackers not being mentioned is really off, as they are the most important Pokemon for Lickilicky to come in on.
Other Options
  • For a lot of these options you don't mention downsides (Normalium Z giving no passive recovery, Knock Off leaving Licki vulnerable to setup sweepers/Sub users due to how weak it is, etc.). You need to do so.
QC 3/3, to GP you go!

In spite of its silly name, Lickilicky is one of ZeroUsed's ZU's most influential and necessary stall Pokemon. (AP) Thanks to its ability Oblivious, which makes Lickilicky is immune to one of the best ways to shut down stall: Taunt. It's This trait that allows Lickilicky to pressure Pokemon like Vigoroth, Oricorio-Pom-Pom-E, and Floatzel with Toxic or begin passing Wishes for to its teammates (Because the next sentence is structured as an introduction to Wish). Lickilicky also has access to Wish to heal itself and its teammates, which, along with its great HP and good Special Defense, allowings it to be the bulkiest Wish passer in the tier. It also has access to Heal Bell, which allows Lickilicky to remove status conditions from its crippled teammates and while also helping Lickilicky to preserve itself by removing status conditions that would otherwise detract from its bulk. (Says the same thing with 2 words) However, its passivity means Lickilicky has issues against Substitute users and Z-Move sweepers, which is why it really only fits on stall and semi-stall teams, who can deal with the aforementioned issues. It is also forced out by certain momentum users that threaten its weaker Defense, (AC) such as Silvally-Fighting and Choice Band Komala. Lickilicky may be immune to Taunt, but It is also very vulnerable to stallbreakers, (AC) such as Duosion, Lapras, and Regigigas.

Moves
========

Wish gives Lickilicky and its teammates a reliable form of recovery. Protect scouts the opponent'(Add apostrophe)s moveset, gets a free turn to heal with Wish, abuses Toxic, and weakens damage from powerful Z-Moves. Toxic is needed to break down bulky Pokemon and also allows stall teams to wears down opponents for stall. Heal Bell cures Lickilicky and its teammates that are badly poisoned by Toxic. Seismic Toss can be used instead of Toxic or Heal Bell to get chip damage on Pokemon immune to Toxic, (AC) like Bronzor, Komala, and Mareanie. It also allows Lickilicky to break Substitutes. Using this move requires Lickilicky to either forfeit the ability to threaten rival stall teams or healing Lickilicky and its teammates of status conditions. (A bit redundant considering you already have it slashed over Toxic / Heal Bell in set)

Set Details
========

Oblivious is what allows Lickilicky to not be forced to run attacks gives Lickilicky immunity to Taunt. It also allows Lickilicky to use Toxic against any stallbreakers that reliesy on Taunt, (AC) such as Floatzel, Vigorith, and all Oricorio formes. 248 HP is preferred over Maximum 252 HP so that Lickilicky takes less damage from status and entry hazards. (Mention why it runs 8 Def instead of 8 Spdef. And if there is no real reason, say there's no real reason. Also, a little bird from ZU QC mentioned that 248 HP maximizes Wish recovery)

Usage Tips
========

Lickilicky's Oblivious allows it to come in against and pressure common users of Taunt, (AC) such as Vigoroth, (RC) and Oricorio-Pom-Pom-E. Lickilicky can also easily come in on special attackers such as Kadabra, Silvally-Water, and Zebstrika. From there, it can proceed to sets up Wish. Protect is vital for not just scouting what set the opponent uses, (RC) but it also allows it to and to heal itself with Wish or rack up Toxic poison damage. If the opponent is a Z-Move user, Lickilicky can also use Protect to weaken the damage of the opponent's Z-move, then it can and heal off the damage with Wish. Lickilicky should be cautious of users of Choice items users with Switcheroo or Trick. Be cautious wary (repetition) about repeatedly using Heal Bell, (AC) because it only has 8 PP.

Team Options
========

Since Lickilicky can have has problems with set-up (Add Hyphen) sweepers,; (RC, add semicolon) therefore, Pokemon that can stop them, (AC) such as Pyukumuku and Mareanie, (AC) are good options for teammates. Lickilicky's ability to heal its team with Wish is appreciated by other Pokemon that lack reliable recovery, (AC) such as Bronzor, Silvally-Ground, and Golem. Ghost-types Pokemon, (AC) such as Gougeist-XL and Dusclops, (AC) make good partners for Lickilicky, (AC) thanks to their immunity to Fighting-type moves. Pokemon like Silvally-Ground, Silvally-Water, and Z-Move Pyukumuku are good teammates because they are immune to Trick, which cripples Lickilicky. Hazard removers, (AC) such as Komala and Altaria, (AC) are also good teammates for Lickilicky. These two Pokemon also double as status absorbers for Lickilicky thanks to their abilities, (AC) and Altaria's own Heal Bell allows Lickilicky to run other options in its moveset.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Normalium-Z (Remove Hyphen) is a nice alternative to Leftovers to not only make Lickilicky immune to Trick users, (AC) like Rotom-Fan (which Pyukumuku cannot do), but and also potentially fully restore its health with Z-Heal Bell. However, this means Lickilicky misses out on the passive recovery from Leftovers. Knock Off is an option on the main set to provide further support for its team by removing the opponent's item, targeting hitting Pokemon such as Bronzor, Misdreavus, or Dusclops. However, using Knock Off means Lickilicky is even more vulnerable to Substitute users and set-up (add hyphen) sweepers because of how weak the move is. Dragon Tail is a decent option for Lickilicky to phasze (pseudo-hazing) out set-up (add hyphen) sweepers, (AC) such as Vigoroth, (AC) and it also allows Lickilicky to shuffle the opposing team around onto hazards and spread status. Dragon Tail's utility is generally inferior to that of its other options. (fluff) Encore allows Lickilicky to lock opposing Pokemon into unfavorable moves, (AC) and force thereby forcing (makes it clearer that encore doesn't directly switch an opponent out) them out, (AC) as well as keep itself from being set-up (add hyphen) fodder. This option is inferior to the utility of its other moves, however. (fluff) An offensive set utilizing Swords Dance or Z-Belly Drum with an Adamant Nature, 176 HP / 252 Atk / 84 Spe EV spread, and a moveset of Swords Dance / Z-Belly Drum, Return, Knock Off, and Earthquake is plausible. However, Lickilikicky is outclassed offensively by other Normal-type Pokemon, (AC) like Komala, Kecleon, or and Bouffalant.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Wallbreakers**: (add colon) Pokemon such as Floatzel, Monferno, Shiftry, and Toucannon target Lickilicky's weaker Defense stat, (AC) and force forcing it to switch out. Offensive Komala in particular threatens Lickilicky, (AC) since it is immune to Toxic and threatens to can break through its uninvested poor (it has 8 def evs) Defense stat. Set-up (Add hyphen) Pokemon that use a Z-Crystal such as Raichu, Simisear, and Chatot can set up using Nasty Plot, then they can and potentially threaten Lickilicky by using powerful Z-Moves.

**Stallbreakers**: (Add Colon) Regigigas can stall out Lickilicky by outspeeding Lickilicky and using Substitute because it is faster, then. (AP) It can also threaten it Lickilicky out by using Return or removing its item with Knock Off. Duosion is immune to Toxic thanks to Magic Guard, then it can allowing it to set up in its face and Recover heal off the damage done by Seismic Toss with Recover. Trappers such as Misdreavus, Lapras, and Politoed can trap Lickilicky using Whirlpool or / Mean Look, use Perish Song, and then proceed to stall it out.

**Fighting-type Pokemon**: Pokemon such as Silvally-Fighting, Monferno, and Machoke easily come in on Lickilicky and can either set up in front of it, hit it hard with super effective moves, or pivot.

Lickilicky can also easily come in on special attackers such as Kadabra, Silvally-Water, and Zebstrika. (point doesn't feel concluded so maybe mention that ti has high natural spdef if it's relevant) From there, it can proceed to set up use Wish. Protect is vital for not just scouting what set the opponent foe uses, but it also allows it to healing itself with Wish, (AC) and racking or rack up Toxic poison damage. If the opponent foe is a Z-Move user, Lickilicky can also use Protect to weaken the damage of the opponent's Z-move, then it can and heal off the damage with Wish. (maybe give some examples of z mons) Lickilicky should be cautious of users of Choice items users with Switcheroo or Trick. (such as?) Be cautious wary (repetition) about repeatedly using Heal Bell because it only has 8 PP.

Team Options
========

Since Lickilicky can have has problems with setup sweepers,; (RC, add semicolon) therefore, Pokemon that can stop them, (AC) such as Pyukumuku and Mareanie, (AC) are good options for teammates. Lickilicky's ability to heal its team with Wish is appreciated by other Pokemon that lack reliable recovery such as Bronzor, Silvally-Ground, and Golem. Ghost-types Pokemon such as Gougeist-XL and Dusclops make good partners for Lickilicky, (AC) thanks to their immunity to Fighting-type moves. Pokemon like Silvally-Ground, Silvally-Water, and Z-Move Pyukumuku are good teammates because they are immune to Trick, which cripples Lickilicky. Entry hazard removers, (AC) such as Komala and Altaria, (AC) are also good teammates for Lickilicky. These two Pokemon also double as status absorbers for Lickilicky thanks to their abilities, (AC) and Altaria's own Heal Bell allows Lickilicky to run other options in its moveset.

Normalium-Z (Remove Hyphen) is a nice alternative to Leftovers to not only make Lickilicky immune to Trick users like Rotom-Fan, (AC) which Pyukumuku cannot do) beat, but and also potentially fully restore its health with Z-Heal Bell. However, this means Lickilicky misses out on the passive recovery from Leftovers. Knock Off is an option on the main set to provide further support for its team by removing the opponent's foe's item, targeting hitting Pokemon such as Bronzor, Misdreavus, or and Dusclops. However, using Knock Off means Lickilicky is even more vulnerable to Substitute users and setup sweepers because of how weak the move is. Dragon Tail is a decent option for Lickilicky to phasze (pseudo-hazing) out setup sweepers such as Vigoroth, (AC) and it also allows Lickilicky to shuffle the opposing team around onto hazards and spread status. Dragon Tail's utility is generally inferior to that of its other options. (fluff) (not really because it explains why not to use it, which oo should do. you should explain why though. same for the encore point too) Encore allows Lickilicky to lock opposing Pokemon into unfavorable moves, (AC) and force thereby forcing (makes it clearer that encore doesn't directly switch an opponent out) them out as well as keep itself from being setup fodder. This option is inferior to the utility of its other moves, however. (fluff) An offensive set utilizing Swords Dance or Z-Belly Drum with an Adamant nature, 176 HP / 252 Atk / 84 Spe EV spread, and a moveset of Swords Dance / or Z-Belly Drum, Return, Knock Off, and Earthquake is plausible. However, Lickilicky is outclassed offensively by other Normal-type Pokemon like Komala, Kecleon, or and Bouffalant.

Checks and Counters
===================

Setup Pokemon that use a Z-Crystal such as Raichu, Simisear, and Chatot can set up using Nasty Plot, then they can and potentially threaten Lickilicky by using powerful Z-Moves.

**Stallbreakers**: (Add Colon) Regigigas can stall out Lickilicky by outspeeding Lickilicky it and using Substitute because it is faster, then. (AP) It can also threaten it Lickilicky out by using Return or removing its item with Knock Off. Duosion is immune to Toxic thanks to Magic Guard, then it can allowing it to set up in its face and Recover heal off the damage done by Seismic Toss with Recover.

[OVERVIEW]

In spite of its silly name, Lickilicky is one of ZeroUsed's ZU's (not needed; both zeroused and zu are acceptable tier names) most influential and necessary stall Pokemon. (Says the same thing with 2 words) (not needed to remove that much but it works. try to avoid large style changes like this though) However, its passivity means Lickilicky has issues against Substitute users and Z-Move sweepers, which is why it really only fits on stall and semi-stall teams, who can deal with the aforementioned issues. (not really needed and implied, but if it is implemented change "who" to "which") It is also forced out by certain momentum users that threaten its weaker Defense, (AC) such as Silvally-Fighting and Choice Band Komala. (do you mean U-turn users? momentum user isn't a phrase used with pokemon so change it to that or whatever else applies) Lickilicky may be immune to Taunt, but It is also very vulnerable to stallbreakers, (AC) such as Duosion, Lapras, and Regigigas.

Wish gives Lickilicky and its teammates a reliable form of recovery. Protect scouts the opponent'(Add apostrophe)s foe's (opponent refers to human player and foes refers to opposing pokemon) moveset, gets a free turn to heal with Wish, abuses takes advantage of (abuse has negative connotations and shouldn't be used in analyses) Toxic, and weakens damage from powerful Z-Moves. Toxic is needed to break down bulky Pokemon and also allows stall teams to wears down opponents foes for stall. Heal Bell cures Lickilicky and its teammates that are badly poisoned by Toxic of status. (toxic isn't all that it cures so changing to reflect that. @ writer is toxic is the only viable status in zu keep original but explain more) Seismic Toss can be used instead of Toxic or Heal Bell to get chip damage on Pokemon immune to Toxic, (AC) (not needed; you don't have commas before like to separate clauses in the same way it would work with "such as") like Bronzor, Komala, and Mareanie. It also allows Lickilicky to break Substitutes. Using this move requires Lickilicky to either forfeit the ability to threaten rival stall teams or healing Lickilicky and its teammates of status conditions. (A bit redundant considering you already have it slashed over Toxic / Heal Bell in set) (when mvoes are slashed, it's important to explain their benefits and drawbacks as to why they would be used and other first slashed options dropped so this is relevant info)

Oblivious is what allows Lickilicky to not be forced to run attacks gives Lickilicky immunity to Taunt. (change works but it does delete and change cntent where it talks about running no attacks, which most stall pokemon have to do so be careful to content changes) It also allows Lickilicky to use Toxic against any stallbreakers that reliesy on Taunt, (AC) such as Floatzel, Vigorith Vigoroth, and all Oricorio formes. 248 HP is preferred over Maximum 252 HP so that Lickilicky takes less damage from status and entry hazards. (Mention why it runs 8 Def instead of 8 Spdef. And if there is no real reason, say there's no real reason. Also, a little bird from ZU QC mentioned that 248 HP maximizes Wish recovery) (mention wish recovery yeah but extra evs (usually 4 but 8 too) don't need to be explained unless they have a purpose)
