[SET COMMENTS]
Although it requires lots of support to be effective, Linoone functions as one of RU's deadliest late-game sweepers, utilizing the combination of Belly Drum and Extreme Speed to clean opposing teams. Throat Chop allows Linoone to devastate Indeedee-M, which blocks its Extreme Speed with Psychic Terrain, and Ghost-types such as Jellicent, Decidueye, and Silvally-Ghost. Stomping Tantrum serves as coverage for Steel-types such as Copperajah, Steelix, and Silvally-Steel. Seed Bomb can be used to OHKO bulky Ground-types such as Rhydon, Mudsdale, and Gastrodon that Linoone cannot KO unless they have been weakened; however, the extra damage on Steel-types is typically more valuable. 36 HP EVs ensure that Linoone will reach exactly half of its health after Belly Drum and activate Figy Berry. 216 Speed EVs allow Linoone to outspeed base 95 Speed Pokemon such as Indeedee, Haunter, and Silvally formes.

Due to its poor defenses and lack of utility before it sets up, Linoone finds its niche on only hyper offense teams. Linoone should be preserved until late-game, when its checks are weakened and it has a chance to set up. Whimsicott is a notable partner, threatening opposing Fighting-types such as Passimian and Bewear while providing opportunities for Linoone to set up with Memento. Choice Scarf Indeedee-M poses a major problem with its access to Psychic Surge, preventing the usage of Extreme Speed and outspeeding and KOing Linoone after some residual damage; checks such as Silvally-Steel, Silvally-Dark, and Drapion are appreciated. Grass- and Water-types such as Rotom-C, Decidueye, and Jellicent check physical walls such as Rhydon and Mudsdale, with Rotom-C and Decidueye also providing VoltTurn support to bring Linoone into the battle safely. Spikes support from Accelgor, Qwilfish, and Garbodor can help weaken Linoone's checks. Aurora Veil support from Abomasnow and Vanilluxe helps Linoone set up more easily.

make this the set. shadow claw bypasses colbur and hits the same targets (xatu, jellicent, decidueye, dhelmise, ghostvally etc) except indeedee, which tantrum/seed bomb OHKOs anyway

also mention somewhere that psychic surge being common with indeedee is bad for this and it definitely needs teammates to handle scarf indeedee

Linoone @ Figy Berry
Ability: Gluttony
EVs: 36 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 216 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Belly Drum
- Extreme Speed
- Throat Chop
- Stomping Tantrum / Seed Bomb

HP invested makes it divisible by 2. Enough speed for base 95 since the main one you will be aiming for is indeedee anyways. I think Throat Chop isnt negotiable at this point. Indeedee is leagues above the other mons in terms of danger to linoone and the general team structure so doing the most possible without boosting in the early game, and considering memento support, is really invaluable tbh. Only Jellicent uses colbur somewhat consistently and it can hit by seed bomb anyways, leaving dhelmise like the only target and thats super niche.

- All things considered replace shadow claw with throat chop. Missing up on indeedee unboosted isnt the play. Remove Shadow Claw mentions.

Apply changes to set and we have QC 1/2

Super minor thing.
216 Speed EVs allow Linoone to outspeed base 95 Speed Pokemon such as Indeedee, Haunter, and Silvally-formes.
I believe that it's best to just say "Silvally" here as the sentence implies Silvally's Memories change its stats or something, which they don't. This specific thing isn't written in the standards from what I can see, though.

Actually, "Silvally formes" is correct in this scenario since it is referring to multiple variations of Silvally. If I were to just put "Silvally", it would just be referring to the normal variant only. Just letting you know for future references since this is the correct version that GP wanted (from my experiences in NU analyses).
Edit: Woops, forgot to remove the hyphen

Right right. The hyphen is what made it stick out most at least lol
