Keep in mind when making a team that the pokemon you are using are level 5 so genderless pokemon can't use moves that are learned by leveling up. Also Emerald Tutor moves with any D/P move learned after level 5 are also forbidden as its would be impossible to do that. Event moves are illegal with egg moves and level up moves as well.

Also Item clause has been removed
