Hello! Where I can find custom animated pokemon sprites? Including back

If it's nowhere, where I can find a guy to make them for me (for a price)

Hi there, and welcome to Smeargle's Studio!
SS rules don't actually allow you to create a thread in this subforum unless you have three original pieces of artwork to display or site projects to recruit for but you can request custom sprites and banners here. :D
