I'm really not feeling Heatran's place in this team. Also the lack of ground type to absorb T-Waves, something that fucks everything on this team up. Maybe SD Gliscor over and ScarfGross over ipl's gross. This would patch up the EQ weak issue and not add a SR Weak.
Also please change that Gengar. Just use the SubPunch one in the analysis.

Focus Blast for Gengar is more useful than Focus Punch, I tried it out. Being able to attack without being hit is really useful.

I'd heavily recommend lefties on gengar, it allows him to restore some hp after loss of hp due to substitute and negates ss damage. I've just found it really helpful on subgar.

Hmm?? looks like I am the first to mention this threat. As most teams have a rain team threat, yours does too. I know you'll tell me you have Suicune to take some of the hits, but once that Cune is gone you are pretty much in for a cleaning. SD Stone Edge Kabutops easily removes your Cune, and any STABBED water moves x1.5 rain boost will remove your team instantly. Just alarming you of this threat.

Look, people, weak to one type isnt signifigant. What matters is that you can play around it, and if Zeph has 2 immunities and a neutrality, it wont usually be a problem.

If ipl, one of the best players in the entire game, has 3 ground weaks and can still be one of the best players in the game, then obviously it is not a big BIG deal....

And by the way, I have seen a Rampardos today (which is why I am posting here), not on suspect mind you, but a Rampardos nonetheless. In the game of Pokemon, you cant say this pokemon is barely used, because even if it is barely used, it can still be used.

And by the way, a DD mence (sweper EV's) RAPES this team. If it gets a DD, then this team is finished. 3 of your pokes will fall to EQ and Azelf and Gar will be crippled under the wight of Dragon Claw. Suicune is your only counter, and that set is 2HKO'ed. I am not sure if heatran outspeeds 252 Spe Adamant Salamence after a DD, you might want to look into it. And for anyone saying Salamence is usually a bulky DD'er, its not true and you cant say that you wont run into an all offense DD Salamence anytime soon.

Gyarados is in the same boat, as is Agiligross (t punch for Suicune). And before you say (I know you are going to say this) "Suicune is my Gyara counter!", well its true, but what if suicune dies? Sure, thats a big what if, but suicune isnt staying alive forever, and if your opponent uses evire and Gyara together, your screwed, literally. Gyara owns this team if suicune is gone, and Gyaravire owns this team no matter what. And as for Explosion, its a very good move. But the problem i see with explosion is that players often rely on it too much, so I hope your not lying when you say you dont use it until the last minute.

Oh and suicune is awesome! (I could have SWORN that I have said this..)

Yeah, I think the main threat to this team is a Rain team. Luckily it is hard for any pokemon in a Rain team to switch in though.

It really pisses me off when people say "this pokemon beats you when this pokemon is gone". You can only use six pokemon!

DDMence has never been a problem to me yet. Suicune usually kills him easily, Azelf sometimes Explode on it, Heatran can outspeed it sometimes too.

you have 3 pokemon on your team that are identical to mine, and a lead that is very similiar. So im gonna go ahead and say you are a genius, great team. BUt serisouly, it is a good team, have you thought of turning metagross into an agilitygross. With explosion and lum berry he GUARENTEES one kill and usually gets around 1.5 kills or so.

if you beat Pocket than you must be pretty good, but i seriously doubt you will beat gyarados/salamence after they DD. They take out all your Exploders (they are faster and have boosted attack) and your only hope is Suicune. Now if Suicune IS alive, your fine, but if he isn't, then sayonara my friend. Dont get mad that I am saying that if Suicune dies, your screwed. Because if you DO get mad, its just showing that you can't take fact.

Also, if you do choose agiligross, then I would reccomend Shuca over Lum Berry, as it handles your Ground weakness nicely. But Alpha is correct, type weaknesses arent such a big deal, if you can play around it.

<Pokémon> Sweeps <team> if <counter> dies. This happens to almost every team, and there is no way to fix that, i mean, killing your opponent counter to your sweeper is pretty standard strategy, the only way to deal with that is avoiding your counter death D:
But anyway, imo Zephiel can keep cune healthy enough to counter mence/gyarados, but the team have some trouble if the opponent has both DDmence and DDgyara.
