Quick update since I'm currently at work but galbia won with Mirror Coat Fightinium-Z Kecleon! Congratulations!

Week 15

Regirock @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 56 Def / 200 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic
- Protect
- Rock Slide

Finding good fire resists is hard in PU, so Regirock's ability to do so while also being a reliable normal resist and Stealth Rocker has made it a valuable asset to teambuilding in PU. Through the duration of tier Regirock's set has seem minor changes; Chople Berry Counter to lure fighting types; Earthquake to hit Qwilfish and Fire Punch to hit Ferroseed. The Toxic Protect set has proven the most reliable. Because of this, luring Regirock has become more important since the extra Leftovers recovery from Protect makes it harder to wear down.

Happy luring!

Muk @ Black Sludge
Ability: Sticky Hold
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Block
- Curse
- Poison Jab
- Rest

Regirock is probably one of the best counters to Muk. With Block on the other hand, you can trap passive mons, like Regi, and take advantage of them, while going all the way up to +6. Even though Poison Jab does only 27% max at +6, you will get the poison eventually.

Pyroar @ Grassium Z
Ability: Unnerve
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fire Blast
- Taunt
- Solar Beam
- Hyper Voice

Regirock is usually a good switchin to Pyroar as it resists both its STABs and doesnt take much from HP Grass. This set allows you to click Fire Blast / Hyper Voice then follow up with a Z-Solar Beam to KO.

252 SpA Pyroar Bloom Doom (190 BP) vs. 248 HP / 200 SpD Regirock: 302-356 (83.1 - 98%) -- 68.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

Kecleon @ Fightinium Z
Ability: Protean
EVs: 172 HP / 252 Atk / 84 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Focus Punch
- Knock Off
- Fake Out
- Shadow Sneak

Regirock can usually take every hit pretty well from Kecleon, as even stab Drain Punch only does 28 - 33%. But with z Focus Punch it allows Kecleon to always kill with Knock Off into Z Focus Punch. (As long as you don't bet both min rolls.)

252+ Atk Protean Kecleon All-Out Pummeling (200 BP) vs. 248 HP / 56+ Def Regirock: 266-314 (73.2 - 86.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

& Knock does 18.1 - 21.4% so you should almost always kill.

Oh and the 84 speed is to hit 137, so you always outspeed it.

Congratulations to Taskr for winning with his Z-Solar Beam Pyroar, with GenZeon coming second with Block Curse Muk!

Week 16

Altaria @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 248 HP / 244 SpD / 16 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Flamethrower
- Toxic
- Defog
- Roost

Altaria is a 'mon that recently surged in usage during the Passimian suspect test due to it's immense role compression. It current provides teams with a reliable fire and fighting resist, 2 very dominant offensive typings in the metagame. It is also very important in the meta's hazard war, since it can Toxic and Roost stall the likes of Miltank and Regirock without being bothered by poison due to Natural Cure, while also having Flamethrower to hit Ferroseed. Luring Altaria most importantly removes a very reliable Defogger, allowing hazard stack teams such as Kangaspikes builds to function much more smoothly.

Happy Luring!

SubBulk Pass lol? (Combusken) @ Fightinium Z
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 104 Atk / 4 SpD / 148 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Substitute
- Bulk Up
- Rock Slide
- Focus Punch

It outspeeds Altaria without any boosts and Clicks Sub the first turn to avoid toxic. Flamethrower is doing like 12% to Combusken so its going to get a few turns behind a sub. In which case it's Speed is boosted to great levels so it outspeeds and beats any pesky Pyroars that try to come in and Hyper Voice. Not to mention with Bulk Up you just as easily set up so your Defense is nice and high as well. I'll list relevant calcs below in case you need them however I think this set speaks for itself in terms of mid to late game set-up sweeper.

104 Atk Combusken Rock Slide vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Altaria: 116-138 (32.8 - 39%) -- 6.9% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
+1 104 Atk Combusken Rock Slide vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Altaria: 174-206 (49.2 - 58.3%) -- 59% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
+2 104 Atk Combusken Rock Slide vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Altaria: 232-274 (65.7 - 77.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
+2 104 Atk Combusken Focus Punch vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Altaria: 173-204 (49 - 57.7%) -- 53.1% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

0 SpA Altaria Flamethrower vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Combusken: 36-43 (11.1 - 13.2%) -- possible 8HKO

Palossand @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Water Compaction
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Trick
- Shore Up
- Earth Power

A set sorta similar to Scarf rocks Mesprit. This set can't beat Altaria outright, but it can cripple Alt by trading it a Choice Scarf to keep it from pulling off its Roost Toxic Defog shenanigans. Trick on the switch since Alt will almost always come in on Palossand then switch out to an appropriate check. This set can also cripple a bunch of other common Palossand switch ins like Clefairy, Eelektross, Gastrodon, etc.

Gastrodon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Storm Drain
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Sludge Wave
- Earth Power

Gastrodon usually runs a defensive set with toxic and recover to wall threats, however this Gastordon opts for a more offensive role utilising Ice Beam to lure and KO Altaria.

252+ SpA Choice Specs Gastrodon Ice Beam vs. 248 HP / 244+ SpD Altaria: 360-424 (101.9 - 120.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Eelektross @ Rockium Z
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Brave Nature
- Rock Slide
- Volt Switch
- Giga Drain
- Flamethrower

Eelektross is a very good mon in the PU metagame, who it's standard AV 252+ SpA, damage Altaria with it's Volt Switch not so much (21-25), so better not talking about GDrain and Fthrower.
With Rockium Z, Eelektross does a 68% OHKO damage to Altaria and KO's it with Stealth Rock, cause Altaria probably Switch in to defog.

CALCS:
252+ SpA Eelektross Volt Switch vs. 248 HP / 244+ SpD Altaria: 76-91 (21.5 - 25.7%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery

252+ Atk Eelektross Continental Crush (140 BP) vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Altaria: 336-396 (95.1 - 112.1%) -- 68.8% chance to OHKO

252+ Atk Eelektross Continental Crush (140 BP) vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Altaria: 336-396 (95.1 - 112.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

I'm voting for LST here because it does a great job against not just altaria but basically every other defogger to. By this I mean ones that aren't Lurantis, Swanna, and Sensu.
