Yes, but usually the impact of self-voting is insignificant.

In the case of it being significant, I suspect you wouldn't value the victory as much.

Yeah, I usually see voting for yourself as being a jerk move, just a fraction of a step above voting for the "winning team" for the sole purpose of "winning" with them.

Unless it's voting for yourself to do something of a sacrificial nature, in which case it is heroic and deserves respect and only minimal schadenfreude.

Incidentally, I voted for Eagle4's work, because it defies conventions and I liked the colours.
