Alright, how about we do the normal 5iv female ratio pokes for one trade (Phanpy+Stantler for Vulpix+Houndour) as one trade. Then we both take the 12.5% female ratio pokes, make them perfect 5iv, but as a second trade that can be at the bottom of your priority list.
