Round 9: Deadbeard

Hey there, Teddy. Don't get beat up!

Maybe he won't get beat up yet, though. Popeye's pretty worn out, and instead of attacking, he goes for a nice, loud YAWN! It was a pretty sad one too, like one making its defeat, but it wasn't. Because the yawn was so damn annoying, Teddy Protects himself from hearing the sound any longer. What a total waste of an effort!

Popeye, noticing how the earlier Yawn did squat, instead goes trampling along the forest's dirt and closes in on Teddy for a solid Drain Punch to the face! What a smackle! Teddy was expecting that attack though and retaliates with a focused Counter! This blasts Popeye straight across the dirt and causes him to BONK right onto a nearby tree, making it fall down on the opposite side. Holy crap that must've hurt!

Still, Popeye hasn't realized his lesson and goes running for another Drain Punch! Of course it hits for solid damage, but that's not good as Teddy, just like earlier, Counters right back! Again, Popeye's bounced right back to his old spot, but with the tree out of the way, he's breezing right through into another tree that smashes into tree pieces!

Good thing Drain Punch heals or he would've been DEAD!

Showsni's turn!

Let's finish this! Hit him with a Close Combat! If that doesn't finish him off, keep using Close Combat until he drops. Usually, that would be pretty risky; but I have the feeling he'll be Unaware of your defence drops!

Round 10: Ragin' Teddy

And he's ready to RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIP! Teddy's hyperly jumping in preparations for a finishing touch on Popeye... until he notices that Popeye's about to jump into the stream! What the. Teddy dives right at him as Popeye jumps into the stream... but does he get that Close Combat hit in? Seeing how Teddy's Speed is superior to Popeye's, I would say so! Evidence? Just look at Popeye's face while he's draining through the river to nowhere land! It's all X_X and beat up! As a result of jumping in for the Close Combat, Teddy's traveling on the highway to HELL!

Oh shi-
