So apparently Alakazam and Jolteon both rose to OU proper from UUBL in Gen 2 on Sunday and I’ve been looking at the GSC OU team builder for days and only just now noticed the change. I made this to celebrate the idea that the Legendary Electrics no longer have complete, undisputed authority over the Electric-Type in Gen 2:
On a more serious note, I find it surprisingly poetic that these three still have this kind of “Big 3 Effect” for the Electric-Type over the first three generations with everything else existing in their shadows. I also have to wonder if Alakazam will join Jolteon in Gen 3 OU now too at some point to complete the hat trick.
