Meowth @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
Level: 5
EVs: 236 Atk / 36 SpA / 36 SpD / 196 Spe
IVs: 9 HP
Hasty Nature
- Fake Out
- Feint
- Aerial Ace
- Water Pulse / Hidden Power Fighting

Everyone’s favorite Team Rocket member is not just a beloved character in the anime, it is also a solid threat in the metagame. Meowth is a great revenge killer thanks to Technician-boosted double priority in Fake Out and Feint, allowing Meowth to handle common threats like Caravanha, Abra, and Zigzagoon. Without priority, Meowth is still fast, reaching a maximum Speed of 19, which allows it to outpace most of the unboosted metagame and Speed tie with threats like Abra, Wingull, and Ponyta. Meowth can also serve as a functional anti-lead, being able to threaten common leads such as Mienfoo and Onix with its combination of Fake Out and coverage moves. Fighting-types with priority like Timburr and Croagunk are very threatening to Meowth, so teammates that can switch into these like Spritzee and Mudsbray are great. Meowth is also a very frail Pokemon that enjoys teammates with access to Volt Switch and U-turn like Magnemite and Vullaby, which can help it gain safe entrance to the field.

Meowth does function as an anti-lead, however it's main job is a revenge killer. I would suggest switching the wording between these two to reflect this.
There is not a single situation where you should be running two frail normal types on a team. Replace it with just about any other user of U-Turn.

Excellent job!

Everyone’s favorite Team Rocket member is not just a beloved character in the anime, he it (not 100% sold on this since we don't normally give genders to Pokemon, but it's part of the fluff and it's established to be male. Up to your discretion.) is also a solid threat in the metagame. Meowth is a great revenge killer thanks to Technician-boosted Boosted double priority in Fake Out and Feint, (ac) allowing Meowth to handle common threats like Caravanha, Abra, and Zigzagoon. Without priority, (ac) Meowth is still fast, (ac) reaching a maximum Speed of 19, (ac) which allows allowing (just trying to avoid a repetitive sentence structure) it to outpace most of the unboosted metagame, (rc) and Speed tie with threats like Abra, Wingull, and Ponyta. Meowth can also serve as a functional anti-lead, (ac) being able to threaten common leads such as Mienfoo and Onix with its combination of Fake Out and coverage moves. Fighting-types (add hyphen) with priority like Timburr and Croagunk are very threatening to Meowth, so teammates that can switch into these like Spritzee and Mudsbray are great. Meowth is also a very frail Pokemon, (rc) who that enjoys teammates with access to Volt Switch and U-turn like Magnemite and Vullaby, (ac) which who can help it gain safe entrance to the field like Magnemite and Vullaby.

ought to post in the thread btw.
