I've got both of these Adamant with a 31/31/31/x/31/31 IV spread. I've caught the Troh in a Heal Ball and it has the ability Inner Focus. I've caught the Seismitoad in a Net Ball, two times, so I have it with the ability Swift Swim as well as with the ability Hydration.
