In general, Stall Poison isn't particularly great but this should help in getting some work done.
Notes about some of the moves/item choices.
We have Curse on AMuk so we can have a possible win condition against types like Ghost and Psychic which can prove to be serve problems otherwise.
Air Balloon TPex gives a temporary Ground immunity and a reliable Ceruledge check. And also be used to help check Azumarill in the Fairy MU by losing Air Balloon early allowing Pex to survive +6 Knock Off/Play Rough from near full (needs to be at 80% to reliably get the haze off when it is in after hazard chip otherwise you are risking the 37.5% chance Knock off OHKOs pex and results in Poison being fully swept)
Glowking's EVs make it as specially bulky as possible while being able to 2HKO Gholdengo with Flamethrower.
Finally CB Sneasler is used giving us some offensive Firepower and Speed Control with Glowking's Future Sight to help break opposing Stall Water teams along with being able to help break through problematic threats such as Hatterene, Primarina, and Ogerpon formes.
