• 1 Round = 7 Days → 1 Round = 5 Days.

Kyurem-Black @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Ice Beam
- Outrage
- Iron Head
- Fusion Bolt

Black Kyurem all over again... Not only outspeeds +1 Speed Mega Gyarados, but also tanks a boosted Crunch even after Stealth Rock damage. Should Mega Gyarados enter the battlefield in its regular forme with Stealth Rock on its side, it has a 93.8% chance of getting OHKOed by Fusion Bolt.

+1 252+ Atk Mold Breaker Mega Gyarados Crunch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Kyurem-B: 246-289 (62.9 - 73.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Skarmory @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock

The set lacks Taunt so Skarmory can come in whenever and Whirlwind it out.

Normal Counter

Porygon2 @ Eviolite
Ability: Trace
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Toxic
- Recover
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam

I did Chansey last week so I'm gonna do P2 this week.

P2 takes every hit that Mega Gyarados throws at it, even at +1. Thunderbolt also breaks the Substitute. It can stall it out with Toxic or just spam Thunderbolt.

0 SpA Porygon2 Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Mega Gyarados: 108-128 (32.6 - 38.6%) -- 98.5% chance to 3HKO

252+ Atk Mold Breaker Mega Gyarados Waterfall vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Porygon2: 84-100 (22.4 - 26.7%) -- 26.9% chance to 4HKO
+1 252+ Atk Mold Breaker Mega Gyarados Waterfall vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Porygon2: 127-150 (33.9 - 40.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 Spe
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Synthesis

Switches into Crunch and Waterfall easily and Gyara can't sub or set up on it because of damage from Giga Drain. Giga Drain will also break the sub of Gyarados in its base form.

252+ Atk Mold Breaker Mega Gyarados Crunch vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Mega Venusaur: 102-121 (28 - 33.3%) -- 0% chance to 3HKO
+1 252+ Atk Mold Breaker Mega Gyarados Crunch vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Mega Venusaur: 153-181 (42.1 - 49.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

Psychic Soft Check

Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hyper Voice
- Focus Blast
- Psyshock
- Will-O-Wisp / Substitute

Gardevoir's Trace copies the Intimidate ability, cutting Gyarado's attack and allowing Gardevoir-Mega to always live a Crunch after a Dragon Dance. This checks two of the most common moves to set up against Psychic, Substitute and Dragon Dance:

252 Atk Mold Breaker Mega Gyarados Crunch vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Gardevoir: 211-249 (76.1 - 89.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ Atk Mold Breaker Mega Gyarados Crunch vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Gardevoir: 231-273 (83.3 - 98.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Pixilate Mega Gardevoir Hyper Voice vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Gyarados: 366-432 (110.5 - 130.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

If the opposing Mega Gyarados chooses not to mega evolve, Dragon Dance on the switch in, and then Dragon Dance again (to reach +1 attack and +2 speed), it will take heavy damage from Hyper Voice and can be finished off by a Rocky Helmet Slowbro.

252 SpA Pixilate Mega Gardevoir Hyper Voice vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Gyarados: 229-270 (69.1 - 81.5%) -- 50% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

Rocky Helmet: (69.1% + 33.3% > 100% => KO)
+1 252 Atk Mold Breaker Mega Gyarados Crunch vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Slowbro: 302-356 (76.8 - 90.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Unfortunately, Gardevoir-Mega dies to 2 -1 Crunches from Mega Gyarados, but this lower's the attack enough that other team members can help check the threat. In the end, psychic doesn't have great options for dealing with this threat, but Gardevoir-Mega is one of the best switch ins to Gyarados to prevent a sweep.

Water Check

Keldeo @ Expert Belt / Leftovers / Black Belt
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Secret Sword
- Taunt / Icy Wind / Hydro Pump
- Hidden Power Electric

Edited: In response to Catalystic
While most Keldeos will check Mega Gyarados anyways, this is probably the set that checks it best. Item wise, it's personal preference. Expert Belt and Black Belt will make it hit harder against other pokemon while Leftovers provides longevity. Hidden Power Electric will help in case your opponent puts off mega evolving and will always break a substitute from Mega Gyarados. Secret Sword from a Keldeo will also do a minimum of 76% so it will ohko Mega Gyarados after it has subbed once. Most importantly +1 Adamant Mega Gyarados will only do 48% maximum to a keldeo so it will always avoid the 2hko bar crit.

+1 252+ Atk Mold Breaker Mega Gyarados Crunch vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Keldeo: 133-157 (41.1 - 48.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252 SpA Keldeo Secret Sword vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Gyarados: 254-302 (76.7 - 91.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Keldeo Hidden Power Electric vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Gyarados: 264-312 (79.7 - 94.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Keldeo Hidden Power Electric vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Gyarados: 104-124 (31.4 - 37.4%) -- 83.4% chance to 3HKO

Yo Endal,

+1 252+ Atk Gyarados Waterfall vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Keldeo: 114-134 (35.2 - 41.4%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252 SpA Keldeo Secret Sword vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Gyarados: 84-99 (25.3 - 29.9%) -- guaranteed 4HKO
252 SpA Keldeo Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Gyarados: 89-105 (26.8 - 31.7%) -- guaranteed 4HKO

They can choose to not mega and then beat your Keldeo down by KOing Keldeo 1 move before keldeo KOs with Secret Sword. If he notices you're choice locked into scald or hydro, he'll just mega.

Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
- Lava Plume
- Flash Cannon
- Earth Power
- Stealth Rock

Can switch in if Victini is locked into a fire move and 2HKO it with Earth Power.

252+ SpA Heatran Earth Power vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Victini: 216-256 (63.3 - 75%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252 Atk Victini Fusion Bolt vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Heatran: 86-102 (22.2 - 26.4%) -- 12.2% chance to 4HKO

Weavile @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Ice Shard
- Low Kick
- Pursuit

or...

Weavile @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Icicle Crash
- Knock Off
- Low Kick
- Pursuit

After Victini KOes something, you bring Weavile to Pursuit trap it. In case with Choice Scarf set, you may try going straight Knock Off for a surprise knockout.

Life Orb:
252 Atk Life Orb Weavile Pursuit vs. -1 0 HP / 4 Def Victini: 484-569 (141.9 - 166.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO - switch-out Pursuit, V-create's defense drops accounted.
252 Atk Life Orb Weavile Pursuit vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Victini: 322-382 (94.4 - 112%) -- 68.8% chance to OHKO - switch-out Pursuit, in case if Victini went for a different move other than V-create. After Stealth Rock, or one layer of Spikes, or one round of hail damage it's a clean OHKO.

Choice Scarf:
252+ Atk Weavile Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Victini: 326-386 (95.6 - 113.1%) -- 75% chance to OHKO - minimal amount of residual damage makes it OHKO.
252+ Atk Weavile Pursuit vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Victini: 270-320 (79.1 - 93.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO - switch-out Pursuit, needs Stealth Rock damage for a knockout.

P.S. watch out for bad/gutsy players who keep their Victini on the field after V-create, as non-switch-out Pursuit does from 40 to 57% depending on the set.

Not a fan of double-posting, but...

EVs: 252 HP / 8 Def / 168 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Stealth Rock
- Gyro Ball
- Leech Seed

Ferrothorn lives any attack, and the highest damaging one is ice beam...
4 SpA Teravolt Kyurem-B Ice Beam vs. 252 HP / 168 SpD Ferrothorn: 87-103 (24.7 - 29.2%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery
....and it barely does any damage

Meanwhile...
0 Atk Ferrothorn Gyro Ball (150 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Kyurem-B: 306-362 (78.2 - 92.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

You miss some EVs in your set. I'm sure you wanted to write "88 Def", right?

P.S. Better late than never.

Terrakion @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Iron Head

Stone Edge deals a massive chunk to Victini, and is an OHKO after rocks.
252 Atk Terrakion Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Victini: 324-384 (95 - 112.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
In case Stone Edge misses, Terrakion can easily take a V-Create to the face.
252 Atk Victini V-create vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Terrakion: 134-158 (41.4 - 48.9%) -- 16.4% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock
Bolt Strike does even less.
252 Atk Victini Bolt Strike vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Terrakion: 130-153 (40.2 - 47.3%) -- 1.2% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock

Bisharp @ Life orb
Ability: Defiant
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance / Pursuit
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head

Pretty straight forward tbh. Kills with sucker or can pursuit trap. Psychic killer :] no image on phone :[

Obvious Psychic Counter

Slowbro @ Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Fire Blast
- Slack Off
- Thunder Wave

Slowbro is Psychic's best answer to opposing Victinis. especially whatever weird Victinis you've seen without Trick With Slowbro's typing and amazing Physical bulk, it can safely come in on Victini the vast majority of the time. It isn't 2hko'd
(252 Atk Victini Bolt Strike vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Slowbro: 160-190 (40.6 - 48.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery)
and can potentially help to whittle down Victini with Helm. The turn after, you can either attack it with scald, doing over half and potentially getting a burn on the switchin or you can significantly weaken it with a thunder wave, allowing the rest of your team outspeed it. You might even want to stay in and Slack Off, however you can heal only 10% less with Leftovers and Regenerator, switching out into something which can handle Victini's teammates.

poison check

Drapion @ Leftovers
Ability: Battle Armor
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Pursuit
- Knock Off
- Poison Jab
- Toxic Spikes

Drapion is a great pursuit trapper for the poison v psychic matchup but also has a handy niche in taking a v-create from victini and then easily knocking them out with dark STAB.

252 Atk Victini V-create vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Drapion: 225-265 (65.4 - 77%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

252+ Atk Drapion Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. -1 0 HP / 4 Def Victini: 404-476 (118.4 - 139.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

IVs: 0 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split

Pretty self explanatory. Rotom-Wash switches into all of Scarf Victini's moves quite easily and in return does a massive chunk with hydro pump.

Some calcs:

252 Atk Victini V-create vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Rotom-W: 84-99 (27.7 - 32.6%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature

Straight Away shits on non- brick break locked tinis(I would rather switch sableye on brick break locked ones lol).Traps anyways when locked in some move and kills when its after a v-create. U-turn is punished by rocky helmet mandi.
