Suppressable
When this Pokémon leaves the field, a timer starts. When it comes back in, the timer is resetted and it gains x/16 HP before hazards.
Name: Psyshield Bash
Accuracy: 100%
Power: 80
Effect: Uses user's SpD stat as Atk in damage calculation.
Pokémon With This Move (optional): +
Justification: make cress not passive anymore.
Name: Gholdengo
Type: Steel / Ghost
Stats: 112 / 80 / 100 / 133 / 91 / 84 | 600
Justification: aegislash but actually GOOD. zacian level physical bulk and just under caly-s special bulk with a speed tier that just underspeeds zyg-c (though youd need earth eater/fc to not get chunked) and a typing that blocks both rapid spin and mortal spin.
Name: Cramorant
Type: Water / Flying
Stats: 100 / 105 / 85 / 105 / 95 / 60 | 550
Gulping Stats: 100 / 105 / 65 / 85 / 115 / 60 | 550
Gorging Stats: 100 / 85 / 105 / 105 / 75 / 60 | 550
Justification: cram is up. bulk is buffed overall but shifted toward physical to help beat zac-c more often - most notably it always lives things like +1 pdon vcreate and band adapt photon mmx at full health. gulping's special bulk is guaranteed to live up to specs mmy psysurge eforce at full.
gorging does what it usually did while gulping is a weird guy that can lower -1 def and pivot to maybe a pursuiter.
Ability: Magician
Effect: Self-announces on switchin. The user will ignore items when attacking.
Permanent: No
Ignorable: N/A
Justification: Most applicable on mons that want to ignore Covert Cloak and Assault Vest. Self announces like Mold Breaker to help with counterplay.
Name: V-create (readjust)
Accuracy: unchanged
Power: 120 -> 150
Category: unchanged
PP: unchanged
Effect: Super effective multiplier 1.5x -> 1.2x
Z-Effect (if a Status move): unchanged
Priority: unchanged
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): unchanged
Type: unchanged
Pokémon With This Move (optional): unchanged
Justification: Slate 1's numbers were made with a potential PDon nerf and unrestrict in mind, so V-create was overnerfed. A readjustment in base power means PDon is not completely screwed on its main STAB, as 150 BP is enough to OHKO threats like MMX. This is why 150 + 1.2x was chosen over 140 + 1.3x
Name: Origin Pulse
Accuracy: Unchanged
Power: 110 -> 120
Category: Unchanged
PP: Unchanged
Effect: Unchanged
Priority: Unchanged
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): Unchanged
Type: Unchanged
Justification: If GLance got matched to Astral then Origin Pulse should get matched with PBlades, also helps distinguish more with Steam Eruption, as its only good rn for PP.
Name: Contrary
Effect: If this Pokemon has a stat stage raised it is lowered instead, and vice versa. This works only once each time the Pokémon enters battle.
Permanent: No
Ignoreable: Yes
Justification: Contrary is busted so this applies the Protean/Libero nerf on it. By only boosting once you can no longer endlessly snowball. Offers another alternative to Pure Power by providing a useful +2 setup per switchin while getting to fire off a strong move like Fleur Cannon or Psycho Boost. The drawback is after the first boost the subsequent moves give the usual stat drops, and you also get screwed if you get a stat drop before you use your move, such as from Parting Shot, Moonblast etc.
Name: Expert Belt
Effect: From 1.2x to 1.3x
Removable: Unchanged
Fling Power & Effect: Unchanged
Justification: Expert Belt is a pretty weak item because its inconsistent damage boosts so stuff like Plates, Life Orb, or utility items like Cloak Lefties and Boots are generally preferred. A 1.3x boost makes it on par with Life Orb for super effective moves so it offers a strong alternative to sets that rely on wide coverage options for targets.
Name: Toxapex
Type: Water/Poison
Stats: 50/63/152/53/142/35 -> 65/63/152/53/142/35|510 (+15 HP)
Justification: Toxapex has a really good typing for the meta, resisting the Fairy moves while also having the useful Water-type. However, its bulk is just not good enough to check stuff consistently so a bulk increase helps it hit benchmarks such as never getting 2hkoed by Steelworker Kartana's Sunsteel Strike and Specs Diancie's Boomburst with a Sassy nature. Its still very very passive
Name: Pincurchin
Type: Electric -> Electric/Poison
Stats: 48/101/95/91/85/15|435 -> 98/101/110/91/105/15|520 (+50 HP, +15 Def +20 SpD)
Justification: Electric Poison is a cool defensive type that offers a Fairy resist, an Electric resist, and a Steel resist, with a main drawback of being 4x Ground weak. Bulk numbers lets it take 2 TC Power Whips from Kartana with a Relaxed nature, and 2 Hadron Rising Voltages from Miraidon (not specs).
Name: Bleakwind Storm, Wildbolt Storm, Springtide Storm, Sandsear Storm
Accuracy: 100%
Power: 100 (unchanged)
Z-Power (if a signature attack): 180 (unchanged)
Category: all special (unchanged)
PP: springtide gets 16, the other ones keep 16 (springtide had 8 for some reason)
Effect: unchanged
Priority: 0 (unchanged)
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): wind (unchanged)
Type: unchanged
Justification: subbing sandsear for a good special ground move to cure my earth plate addiction. ground is one of the most sought for coverage types and special ground in particular is good to hit pdon but your strongest pick is either earth power or earth plate judgment. this fixes that. sandsear's secondary effect is also very useful, and 16 pp with 100% accuracy allows you to plausibly fish for burns.
the other 3 are just here as part of the family. bleakwind is cool since flying also lack good strong special moves, but you do have aeriburst and owing so its not nearly as bad, not to mention special attackers arent looking for flying coverage anyway. the 30% speed drop is also nifty for that zacian switching into you. springtide is moonblast with a few tradeoffs - 5 more bp, atk drop which is arguably more useful than spa drop (especially on things like ph qd xerneas), but 8 less pp. wildbolt is just buffed tbolt, and id still run bolt strike/tcage/drift before it.
Name: Sword/Beads/Tablets/Vessel of Ruin
Effect: Lowers the Defense/Special Defense/Attack/Special Attack of All Pokemon on the field by 25%
Impermanent: No
Ignoreable: No
Justification: These abilities would become very weak if nerfed numerically, as they already self-announce. This way, instead of reducing the primary functionality of the ability, you're adding a downside like all the other damage amp abilities (e.g. tc/sf only affecting some moves) Sword and Beads mons now are frailer than with other abilities. This primarily affects Zacian-C and Mega Mewtwo X/Y. Tablets and Vessel, while already niche and not needing a nerf, don't suffer much from this change.

can you share the discord link server?we did a bit of testing and heres the results
arceus zacc and chansey unsurprisingly made up the top 3 used, followed by calys (which chessking was spamming), zygc, brute bonnet, and latios-mega. overall it seems the meta hasn't changed too much, though ngas calys emerging to check/improof pixilate is a pretty interesting offensive core.http://replay.sciroccogti.top/files/gen9morebalancedhackmonsv4-1972-akira001-asouchihiro.html

Power: unchanged
Category: Physical
PP: unchanged
Effect: unchanged
Priority: unchanged
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): unchanged
Type: unchanged
Pokémon With This Move (optional): +(ceaseless edge) +
(stone axe)
Justification: these fuckin moves miss so damn much i hate itName: All-Seeing Eye
Effect: This Pokemon's Psychic-type status moves heal it for 1/4 max HP.
Impermanent: Yes
Ignoreable: N/A
Pokémon With This Ability (Optional):(over early bird)
Justification: funky pet mod abil that can be used with teleport, magic coat, take heart, trick room, etc. theres a lot of funny psychic status moves.
Name: Sableye(-Mega)
Type: Dark / Ghost
Stats: 75 / 75 / 75 / 75 / 75 / 50 | 425
Mega Stats: 75 / 90 / 125 / 90 / 125 / 20 | 525
Justification: p nice buff to sab, giving it higher-than-mew bulk which allows it to keep up with the increased power level.
Name: Mawile(-Mega)
Type: Ground / Fairy
Stats: 75 / 85 / 85 / 65 / 65 / 50 | 425
Mega Stats: 75 / 105 / 125 / 65 / 105 / 50 | 525
Justification: v nice buff to maw, giving it great stab coverage and a useful immunity to electric to block miraidon/zekrom.
Name: Scovillain
Type: Grass / Fire
Stats: 89 / 148 / 75 / 88 / 75 / 75 | 550
Justification: triage user with bitter blade and horn leech. ohkos up to mmx with 1 spike up at +2. can handle dragons with glance but beware of getting outsped by speed invested ones.
Name: Celesteela
Type: Steel / Flying
Stats: 107 / 61 / 113 / 127 / 101 / 61 | 570
Justification: pumping up a flying type because most flyings suck. slightly better physical bulk and better special attack allows its triage sets to be more threatening - in particular, +3 ep is able to ohko zacian after 1 spike. passive ass anchor shot sets also get even more passive. its a win-win!

Name: All-Seeing Eye

Name: Auspicious Armor
Effect: When any Pokemon attempts to remove this item, they are inflicted with disable.
Removable: false
Fling Power & Effect: 80. 100% Disable.
Justification: It should also have an effect when its twin item has one. (If there's a third one in DLC then it should have the effect of Encore.)
Name: Genesect-Burn
Type: Fire/Steel
Stats: 71/140/95/140/95/109///650 (+0/+20/+0/+20/+0/+10///+50)
Name: Genesect-Chill
Type: Ice/Steel
Stats: 71/160/100/120/100/99///650 (+0/+40/+5/+0/+5/+0///+50)
Name: Genesect-Douse
Type: Water/Steel
Stats: 71/120/125/120/125/89///650 (+0/+0/+30/+0/+30/-10///+50)
Name: Genesect-Shock
Type: Electric/Steel
Stats: 71/120/95/120/95/149///650 (+0/+0/+0/+0/+0/+50///+50)
Justification: The meta needs moremidSteel types. Burn forme can run both Vc and mglo, Chill forme is Kyurem-B with better speed and probably better typing but worse bulk, Douse forme is penguin but better with almost the same bulk as 100/100/100, Shock forme is ehhh, fast. These four count as one submission but I won't submit more ajustments this slate.
Name: Anchor Shot, Spirit Shackle (Resubmit)
Accuracy: Unchanged
Power: Unchanged
Category: Unchanged
PP: Unchanged
Effect: Unchanged
Priority: Unchanged
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): No longer boosted by Sheer Force
Type: Unchanged
Justification: Consistency with Thousand Waves and avoid being blocked by Covert Cloak, which is currently basically outclassing Shed Shell *mostly.
Name: Curious Medicine (Resubmit)
Effect: Also affects foes (resets all stat changes of all Pokémon on the field).
Permanent: No
Ignoreable: No, but does not matter.
Justification: A strong ability that acts as an alternative to PrankHaze as an anti setup option. Comparatively, it has more momentum by not needing to spend a turn and also does not need to run a moveslot on Haze. Prankster should still be viable though because it provides priority glare encore recovery and other uses like dbond and wisp.
Name: Earth Eater (Edit)
Effect: No longer absorb Spikes, simple immunity to Spikes (still affected by Toxic Spikes and Sticky Web).
Permanent: No.
Ignoreable: Yes.
Justification: Earth Eater almost completely outclasses Levitate and also heavily disturbs the hazard game, with setting up Spikes being very unrewarding. This change makes it very comparable to Levitate, with Levitate ignoring the other two hazards while also dodging terrain effects like from Expanding Force and Rising Voltage while Earth Eater heals.
Name: Booster Energy (Resubmit)
Effect: One-use to Unlimited use
Removable: Unchanged
Fling Power & Effect: Unchanged
Justification: An interesting offensive item when combined with Protosynthesis/Quark Drive to provide a (usually) speed boost that Imposter doesn't copy.
Name: Clear Amulet
Effect: Block Strength Sap
Removable: Unchanged
Fling Power & Effect: Unchanged
Justification: An interesting utility item that blocks the ubiquitous Strength Sap, can be useful for improofing or for high attack mons that want to avoid being sapped on.
Name: Brute Bonnet (Edit)
Type: Poison/Dark
Stats: 111/127/109/59/109/55|570 -> 111/117/103/81/103/55|570 (-10 Atk, -6 Def, +22 SpA, -6 SpD)
Justification: While Brute Bonnet was a very new submission, during testing I personally found it very easy to use and a bit too splashable thanks to its amazing typing and sturdy bulk, hard checking threats like MMY, CalyS, and MGar. A very slight defenses nerf make Brute Bonnet noticeably more vulnerable to moves like MG MMY's Bolt Beak and LoR, meaning it could really use Black Sludge, which compete with items like Ability Shield. A slight attack nerf helps increase its passivity, with Knock Off rarely 2HKOing Mega Latios. I kept the nice speed-tier to underspeed stuff like Cramorant.
Name: Sandy Shocks
Type: Electric/Ground
Stats: 85/81/133/151/55/107 (+36 Def, +30 SpA, -30 SpD, +6 Spe)
Justification: i need something to satiate my desire for a quick feet mon. basically, shocks can run quick feet flame orb to always outspeed imp, and the buffed spattack and dropped spdef lets it always ohko eviolite imp after a tail glow. the speed lets it outspeed calys at +1, which would otherwise be would be an issue for something so specially frail, while underspeeding pretty much the same attackers it undersped before the buff. ended up buffing its physical bulk so it can find opportunities against steels, especially considering its special bulk has been wrecked. if chess's booster energy sub goes through shocks would be a very nice abuser of it as well.
Name: Muscle Band, Wise Glasses
Effect: also boosts the accuracy of the moves of the respective category by 20%
Removable (Can this be removed by Knock Off or Trick?): yes
Fling Power & Effect: same
Justification: so moves like blades and flare can actually hit and focus miss becomes a real enough move (it will still miss at the worst possible moment and ghosts that can run this will prolly opt for plate judgment anyway). wide lens was also kinda shit.
