Yes :/ So unless I magically went back in time or something, I don't see what's wrong.
I used metalkid's IV calculator.

A level 50 Hippowdon that I rare candied to get exact IVs.By "used" you do mean found, right?
What monster, where are you catching this, and what level? It's on a really high frame for you to have caught it as soon as you entered the game. Also, what game are you in? It might be nice to use the hidden power guy to verify that you did not get the IVs wrong and that one just happened to match (unlikely, but might as well rule everything out).

You would need to get your ID/SID, go catch pokemon and find out you're delay, and then use Wichu's program to find a shiny spread. Then use the RNG reporter to set up getting that delay and change to the appropriate date. Once you get the correct delay, it should be easy.
I'm still a bit confused to how the delay works. Does it work by frames, by seconds, by the DS clock, it's just not clicking on how to set it and stuff.

Nope. None...You don't have a synchroniser anywhere in your party? It affects the result even if it isn't first.

Did that, didn't work. What order exacly are you doing things in?
I suggest the following:
Save on route 228 or similar.
Start the game and immediately catch something around level 50. Put the numbers into RNG reporter's seed from stats function.
Go to Solaceon town and collect teh first egg, note that it will be wrong if the daycare man was already holding the egg when you started the game because the nature/ability/gender were generated before you saved.
Try to match the results from the second egg onwards.
EDIT: @ mingot: I haven't done a formal test, but I observed the effect when I was trying to RNG a Shaymin (the Flower Paradise one). I had my timid synchroniser in the fifth slot because I was trying to do some method 1 test runs to confirm the technique produced the expected results but every test gave me the wrong spread. I checked afterward on method J with a timid synchroniser and noticed many of the spreads I was getting earlier now matched the test frames I was aiming for. I guess this warrants further research.
There is a picture diagram that is listen in the first post. It is how long you go from when the game loads till you hit continue.
